  • One dislike, really? If this didn't lift your spirit you obviously forgot to open the door when Jesus knocked.

  • He is so beautiful.... I so wish I had the opportunity to have met him...He sings effortlessly...Such a Blessing !!..Thanks for posting !!...:))

  • God created the universe and all of us loves us more than we can ever imagine. This love is why Jesus came and died so we could have a relationship with God. It is this love that motivates me to come here today and tell you about my life and what God has done, in the hope that you too can experience his great love

  • gosto pois mantem os corais americanos aleluia

  • I wished the priest in my parish had a voice like that. WOW

  • My dad killed it on bass! And James Moore is a musical legend!

  • Makes you long for the joys of Heaven praising Jesus Christ!

  • This band is crazy good along with the choir and James Moore, of course.

  • praise is a powerful weapon, his just pierced my soul. hallelujah !!!

  • @feenin4jodeci Pierced me too, and it felt so good, hallelujah

  • This guy sings almost without effort. That's talent.

  • can someone tell me what year was this?

  • @missmadhouse011 This recording was held live @ the Mississippi State Coliseum in Jackson, MS on Saturday, December 8, 1990. The album was released the following year.

  • @amez4life ok thank you

  • There's none Like The Late Rev.James Moore and I really miss Him and His voice

  • I'm always sold with how he starts a song off. That's the awesome thing about the late Rev. James Moore. With the Lord's anointing, it seemed like he would have your complete attention as soon as he STARTED singing.

  • So glad to have a best friend in the Lord Jesus!

  • oh what a friend we do have in jesus went we laid in bed and can't sleep worries about problem we don't have any control over then we take everything for granted and to stubborn to say we make a big mistake

  • no other choir can compare to the mississippi mass choir; i grew up listening to them

  • One of the most anointed and dynamic voices in the industry. My God what a voice. I love to hear him sing. Blesses my soul.

  • @MinRJones AMEN 2 THAT 1!!

  • RIP Rev. Moore!!!!! I can't wait to walk the same streets paved in gold. Truly one BLESSED ANGEL continuing to watch over us as we travel the highways and byways of life. Gone too soon..but never forgotten. You were truly blessed and it is a shame that there are still people in this world who have not had the pleasure of enjoying your ministry. CHJ333...May GOD bless you and thanks for posting this testimony.

  • Everything to God in prayer. The bible says cast your cares on the Lord for he cares for you. Prayer changes things, only if you want them to change. This song is enough to make shout get your praise on.

  • aint it a trip how he got so deep int he song he 4got the lyrics? lol but he blazed as usual, lol

  • Rev. James Moore was a beast especially when he led "Jesus Paid it All"

  • to bean9281:

Rev. James Moore wasn't playing on the song "Jesus Paid It All." I like listening to the beginning when he hit that high note on "He washed." He was highly skilled vocally and highly anointed. James Moore was the best vocally. I like the song he did with Daryl Coley. Everybody used to compare them.

  • He betta sang it with no teeth in his mouth!

  • SING REVEREND!!!!!!!!!!! RGC

  • What happen to great Choir songs like this? What happen to great choirs like this?

  • to nsilentnite:

What people do now is get the best singers and use them to get a good sound. It's not about having a large choir to make a loud sound but it's about the nice harmony you can make when you put together the best voices.

  • That all well and good but That full choir sound is hard to come by now. praise teams in my opinion dont really bring the depth. they are great but mass choirs gives me chills

  • I agree!!!

  • 1:04-1:08.....wow wow wow wow you betta sang it

  • to simdrummer2:

That was a good singing technique. I also like what James Moore did at 2:21 .

  • Don't believe in God, nor do I care much for Christianity, but I love Gospel music, and I especially dig this.

  • Why don't you believe in God ;-(....just curious.

  • likewise. no belief, but Gospel=Best music in the world, imho.

  • You need to change that - God believes in you and if you knew what he thought of you, you would repent and humble yourself. Jeremiah 29: 11 - "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "Plans to prosper you and not ot harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you," says the Lord." Give your life to Christ and watch

  • to serjjery:

Please accept Jesus as your savior while you have time. Hell is real and you don't want to go there.

  • I love the guitar and bass guitar line in this song....they added an extra punch to the song!!!!!

  • Someone gave me a copy of The Mississippi Mass Choir's album God Get's The Glory on cassette and I would play this song all the time. James tore this song up.

  • There will b h8rs. Live well, do you and let others do them! James Moore's voice is absolutely distinctive and has the tone of one of the greatest gospel singers of all time. It also delivers God's word on a divine notes!

  • Rev. James Moore sang under the power of the Holy Ghost. If you think he can sing then you gotta hear him preach. I saw him sing and preach live and he can PREACH!!!

  • could preach??? hes gone now//

  • to yoganandarita:

Rev. James Moore could preach, sing and play the organ. He was good at all three. If you think he was a good singer then you gotta hear him PREACH! I saw him sing and preach live. He preached and sang under the power of the Holy Ghost.

  • wonder why james moore didn't get his mouth fixed

  • you know you aint right for that right?

  • I agree with you on that. When I first saw James Moore perform with the MMC back in 1988, I thought the same thing that yoganandarita did. But I realized that I was wrong; it doesn't matter if he was missing teeth or not, as long as he was using his phenomenal gift to the glory of God. The Bible says that while man looks at the outward appearance, God looks at the heart. We as Christians have got to start doing the same, don't you think?

  • I think the last time I saw him He has gotten a full grill! Jesus can work it out, wont He! LOL

  • lol. aint that the truth...

  • i'd like to see the one with Melvin, Doug, and Frank williams all singing. I forget the name of the song. I use to have this cassette when I as just a kid.

  • I think you're talking about "It Came To Pass."

  • me too. and they walk in singing having you there. I used to watch this tape every morning. and it was dream to sing with them. I thought they were the greates thing ever....

  • I want to see the video of James and MMC doing Lift Him Up. I've heard the song but have never seen the video.

  • wow!!!!

  • to smoothjazz12:

I always wanted to see the entire video of Rev. James Moore's "I Will Trust" album. "Lift Him Up" is a good song and I also like "Send Your Rain."

  • thank you 4 uploading this video. i love the mississippi mass choir

  • can you please post the national anthem its good to know jesus

  • Wonderful! Just keep them coming! I just love the Mississippi Mass Choir!
