hmm maybe you should actually mix the spices and sweet potato all together in an actual mixing bowl. Might be easier. And I never ever sit when I am cooking/baking =) At least not while I am mixing everything up. haha

Sour cream and paprika in sweet potatoes? Hmmm, I don't know about this one. I've never heard of anyone putting sour cream and paprika in their sweet potatoes.
