Gorgeous spin at the end. I'd much rather see basic spins done properly than the hideous ones they do now where they screw themselves up to get an extra millionth of a point and constantly change position.

Would a 5-turn jumper make a better skater? It would depend on how it looks. I prefer a 2-turn jump by Dorothy, than a 3-turn jump by most contemporary skaters.

She is the nicest woman on the planet, and I adore her. But, my goodness, I wish she had pushed the sport a bit. There were several women doing triple jumps at the time, and Dorothy never did. I always feel that the greatest skaters of all time move the sport forward, either athletically or artistically. I don't see that she did this at all.
