Actually, he is NOT the best cop ever. He was later fired for this incident. Why? Well, notice that the ticket is already written and in the officer's hand when the video starts. Where's the first part of the video? That's the key! There isn't any. The officer didn't record the first part where he intentionaly pissed this guy off and got him fired up, then started the video and acted profession.  He ended up getting fired when the truth was found out.

I somewhat agree with the guy. The problem with this country is too many people are trying to make money on other people's efforts. Tickets can serve as a deterent but when it becomes a game where people are pulled over for lame reasons, then it's more like legalized robbery. I believe some call it revenue collecting.
