  • The economy in Tampa is blooming right now. Many buildings downtown are under construction. I recommend Tampa. Its always warm. There are any beaches nearby. Rent is relatively cheap. You can have a lot of fun nearby is Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Disney World is in driving distance and most neighbor hoods have community pools
