3. Dance music originating dons. Forget Derrick May, forget Juan Atkins, these guys set the standard for the next 17 years of dance music. Pure bliss this record.
Wow!!!!! The beginning sounds exactly like "take me away". Can you confirm that with me or am i crazy??? Search for "Take Me Away - Techno (Old School) - MV" on you tube and confirm please??? maybe i'm crazy?
@ianruth1 They did some good stuff under 4 Hero no doubt, even like some of his 91 manix stuff, notably Special Request. But you say forget Derrick May, Juan Atkins etc?? Sorry, but what a load of wank. If you like happy hardcore chipmunk rubbish, speeded up sample after sample without anything original being done then go ahead & carry on listening to that happy hardcore, ridiculous kiddy junk.
I loved hardcore at the beginning, but chipmonk shite like this, completely spoilt the scene imo. Watering it down to piss poor childish crap. The 'hard' from the hardcore had disappeared entirely from the original conception. That's why the darkside appeared as a backlash to all this shite. Btw without the D.Mays & J.Atkins etc there wouldn't be a hardcore scene to begin with... Pffft...
what a sample. try to love me more each day. woooooooow i love this tune so much. shout to ltj bukem for being the first one i heard play this in 1992
dreamscape 4 ltj bukem's set....this is the track that had me addicted to d&b for the next 5 years following

@ianruth1 Set the standard for the abomination of the music then? If you listen to modern DnB and Hardcore, you will know it is boring.
