surprisingly even though insignia is a best buy branded tv. i just bought a 51 inch plasma. the refresh rate is excellent no blur, the quality of both video and audio is just as good as a sony or samsung tv. its overall just a great tv. and there a bit cheaper than most other brands.

That TV is a nice size to start with. I'm getting a 50" insignia since prices in TVs dropped. Ive been dieing for a new TV for a while. All we have is shitty tube TVs but this Christmas i'm gonna get a 50".
well actually is very good i really like it the guy at best buy said it was related to smasung somehow or sony good quality. i didnt get a blu ray because i have a bunch of dvds and i didnt feel like buying blu rays. but ya good tv i like it
cool but why not go with a Samsung or Sony or even a Sharp Aqous. Why a DVD Player why not get a Blu-ray player instead, they are cheap now. DVD is old. But anyways you have a HDTV. Enjoy.
