THIS is the Coldplay I know and love. I've listened to Charlie Brown, Every Tear Drop and Major Minus and I have been shocked at how unlike them they sound. They were great songs, but Coldplay is more than great. This song solidifies that. I hope the rest of the album follows along these lines. They did say it was a more acoustic album and I didn't believe it until I heard this.

They sound very generic and predictable, a hook or guitar portion played over and over again! I loved every Coldplay CD but maybe not this one!

@STEVEMOR909 There can be hundreds of songs with the same chords or "guitar portions" but the melodie and lyrics is what identife a song. Us against the world is a very beatiful song, the best of Mylo Xyloto!
