Drawing on the tablet is the same as drawing on paper, except it shows up directly on the screen. As for teaching you how to draw, I basically do that in this video; just pay attention to how I do it!

Thanks! I use Photoshop Elements. It came bundled with my Wacom graphics tablet, and I've never felt the need to upgrade to the more advanced version.
