I always get really wired before a trip...especially to any pole jam or pole dance convention...because I know I will see so many people I know from networking for the first time. I get very anxious, but it's always OK once I get there! We actually brought hoops to the Midwest Pole Dance Competition last month and we were hooping in the hallway!
