  • They're the mafia, like Arron Russo said "I don't advise you not to pay your taxes because you may get hurt" they do it by force not by legalities because it's illegal technically...Shut down the Federal Reserve, problem solved.

  • The irs, another great reason NOT to have children. If you choose to work for the irs, just know that you are one of the MAIN reasons that I will NEVER bring my offspring into this kind of reality. To hell with you and the organization that you choose to work for.

  • @MrBeautifulba1

I guess you are working on getting a Darwin Award?

  • @MrBeautifulba1 Man that really tears me up to know they are keeping you from raising children!

  • @GobTheIllusionist Yep. But now there will be a little bit more food for everyone else.

  • Is the guy still on a hunger strike? Maybe he died by now. One less deadbeat who doesn't pay his taxes.

  • i know its not cheap to run a country, but when you spend all of my tax money on defense, there won't be enough money left for the things we NEED it for (such as healthcare, infrastructure and EDUCATION)

this year alone, the Department of Defense's budget is estimated at $525 BILLION! now just think of how much the american people would benefit, if that tax money that WE PAID was put back into our communities!!!

america is becoming a financial farm, and we are the dumb cattle. WAKE THE FUCK UP

  • @DuffMan6I7

How much did that $1 tillion help? And most of that money DOES go back into the communities.

  • @RetSquid i'm not denying that we get SOME of it, but clearly we need more. our education system is in the toilet, and as a result, we have a country full of uneducated young people. if we are going to fix this country's problems, we need to reform our children's education. this should be our most important goal, because when the next generations of americans are well informed & educated from an early age, we have an entire generation of problem solvers, instead of High School drop-outs

  • @DuffMan6I7

You want MORE than the Trillion already wasted with little to no results? Yes, education is very important, too important to be in the hands of the Federal Government.

  • @RetSquid i looked up the government's budget plan for 2012, here is how the government is spending our money:

$553 billion(+$22 billion) -department of defense

    $79 billion -healthcare

    $74 billion -education

    $48 billion -housing

    $23 billion -agriculture

    $12.5 billion -social security

    $4.6 billion -infrastructure

apparently we should just take care of ourselves, because our government is too busy spending most of our taxes on the DoD to make sure we get what we need. this system is broken.

  • @DuffMan6I7 Retsquid, you keep saying that we have a trillion dollars from the federal government, but where is it? added up, the other federal expenditures that i laid out (not including the Department of Defense) comes out to (roughly) $230 billion. that's not even close to the budget the DoD gets.

why do we have the best military in the world, but the dumbest, unhealthiest citizens? because your government is getting what it pays for...

  • @DuffMan6I7

I don't know where the trillion is, that is part of the problem the 'stimulus package' spent tons of money with little results.

We are going to spend over $3,552 billion this year.

  • @RetSquid the problem is that the whole system is flawed. you cant just throw money at stuff and expect it to change the country. instead of businessmen and professional politicians, we need REAL americans speaking for themselves! this Government has become nothing but a job to our politicians!

we need to REPEAL the Federal Reserve act, restore the REPUBLIC of the united states, and make education our 1st priority. when ALL of our children have an excellent education, our country will thrive!

  • @DuffMan6I7

The Republic never left, and if you repeal the Federal Reserve act the entire economy, possibly the world economy collapses completely.

  • @RetSquid "if you repeal the Federal Reserve act the entire economy, possibly the world economy collapses completely." if you really believe this you are delusional. the FED can be deconstructed in an orderly fashion, as long as the american people call for it. and when we are properly informed in this country, i guarantee you we will call for it.... and look up the definition for Republic. we don't have a leash on our government, we do not live in a republic, we live in an oligarchy.

  • @DuffMan6I7

You didn't say "phase out", you said "repeal".

  • @RetSquid yes... yes i did say repeal. our money used to represent gold... because gold actually has value to humanity. paper money is useless unless you have a tangible valuable commodity to back it up. paper money's ONLY job is to represent a valuable commodity (because carrying paper is easier than carrying a sack of gold coins.)

when the Federal Reserve act was signed in 1913, we got rid of the gold standard. now every dollar represents a debt that our gov't owes to the FED.

  • @DuffMan6I7

Sorry, you are wrong, the U.S. was on the gold standard until the 1970's. Paper money is only worth something because we value it, same as gold or anything else. Gold was only used because it was rare and easier to carry than a herd of cattle.

  • @RetSquid yes, nixon disbanded the gold standard in '71, not wilson in '13. however, that doesn't change my argument at all. think of it... we use gold because it conducts electricity, it doesn't rust, and has many uses. this is why we use it as currency.

now imagine that the world's economies abandon paper currency... what can we use paper dollars for now?.. wiping our asses? starting a fire? its only paper with stuff printed on it! WE decide what value it has.

  • @DuffMan6I7

SO? What if the world decides to not use gold as a commodity? WE decide what has value, and right now paper is valuable. Maybe we can all get together and make something else the standard?

  • @RetSquid gold, silver, and platinum are all commodities. paper isn't, because it is easily obtainable, we can grow trees to make the paper. GOLD, on the other hand, cannot be grown. we have to mine it. (rarity+usefulness = value)

paper money is (supposed to) REPRESENT value, not become it. with no physical commodities behind a currency, there is no limit to the amount of money you can print, which is terrible for the economy. especially when every dollar we print equals more debt to the FED

  • @DuffMan6I7 this is why we need to repeal the FED. every dollar we print, needs to be (ultimately) paid back to them. but there is also interest on every dollar. this is ridiculous! this means we can NEVER pay back the interest, because once the actual debt is paid, all the dollars (which represent the debt) will be gone... the interest = more money then we have. we will NEVER be out of debt under the fed!!!

    keep paying those taxes!

  • @DuffMan6I7

O.K., if you don't value your 'paper', send it all to me.

  • @RetSquid haha well, seeing as how it's the only way to buy food right now, i think i'll hang onto it until we wake up and realize how stupid this system is. all we need to do is inform ourselves. people ignore the financial jargon that the politicians spew, but if you do your own research, it's quite easy to see how damaging this monetary system is.

    /watch?v=1gKX9TWRyfs

take a look at this movie, its full length, so watch it when you got time. it made me cringe, because its true.

    peace dude

  • @DuffMan6I7

Zeitgeist is a bunch of crap and is been debunked by many people. Go watch THOSE videos, I've already watch yours.

  • @RetSquid the films are made up of a collection of facts, every bit of information has a source... besides, what is so HARMFUL to you about the movies? they are about humans creating a better place to live (although i'm assuming you never saw that part)

What is so wrong with trying to change this sick society we live in? because it's plain to see that the world is in the SHITTER! how many children starve to death every day? as a SPIECIES we are FAILING! we need to take care of each other!

  • @DuffMan6I7

No, Zeitgeist is a collection of lies, put together in a way to sell itself. Even lies have sources. If the movie was that good, it would not have to lie.

  • @RetSquid look anybody can SAY that the filmmaker is lying. but until you look into the subject for yourself, you wont learn anything about what this man is saying. if you think he's lying, go do your homework and give me the evidence that proves him wrong... its funny to me that most skeptics completely ignore the issue that the "theorists" talk about. if you don't believe that something is true, LEARN about it before you shut your mind.

what's the harm in looking for the facts?

  • @DuffMan6I7

I HAVE looked into it, that is how I know he is lying.

All of his claims about Christianity are wrong.

    1hgX6w4U-2o

  • @RetSquid you are so busy attacking the messenger, that you are missing the message. it's time to change the way our world works, because in the current system, too many humans are suffering. if you disagree that we need to come together as a species, so be it. everyone on earth deserves to be happy and healthy, and unity is the only way.

anyway, this conversation is getting way too long, clearly you just don't have the same principals that i do, and that's fine, just try to keep an open mind.

  • @DuffMan6I7

Obviously I don't have the same principles as you, you think lying is a good thing, I think it's wrong. You want to reprogram individuality out of man, I think it's what makes us human.

Anyway, watch the move so you know what lies you are supporting.

  • @RetSquid i did watch the movie, he's lying

    ... wow that was easy!

  • @DuffMan6I7

Now YOU are lying....nice principles you got there....

  • @RetSquid wow! thank you for showing me how EASY it is to just say somebody is lying! i think i'll do that to everyone i disagree with, it's so much easier then coming up with the facts to prove them wrong! there's no reading involved!

    have a nice life kid.

  • @DuffMan6I7

I showed you the source to look at, you refuse to do so, so I would say YOU are the childish one here.

  • @RetSquid all kidding aside, i skimmed through it last night (too long to watch at 1AM) i saw that elliot nesch is discussing the religion aspect, i sent you a link to the financial movie, not the religion one. you should check it out, because you cant debunk a social commentary, that's all it is.

peace out dude, this conversation has run it's course. take care of yourself.

  • u dumb fuck why are u on all the irs videos defending them

  • @PecolaCatfishHunters

First, I bet I'm smarter than you, I can use the English language to effectively communicate thoughts.

Second, what is your problem with the truth?

  • @PecolaCatfishHunters i wasn't defending the FED or the IRS... maybe you were reading retsquid's comments? i want the FED and the IRS disbanded... the federal reserve system is pure EVIL and its only purpose is to keep us in debt, so we keep working. why would i defend that?

  • Comment removed

  • An actual professional ? Like a CPA ? get a klu

  • @Tealy855

Actually, he is talking about Dan Evans. If you like why don't you read his FAQ and see if you can refute any of it?

  • The IRS> Another great reason not to have children,.

  • at least i have one...for the USA & one for Canada & the UK

  • @tarotimes

When are you going to READ it?

  • @RetSquid you first..LOL

  • @tarotimes

Obviously not, if you think income tax is illegal.

  • RetSquid is a government mouthpiece. He has commented on nearly every YouTube video regarding income tax in an attempt to perpetuate the fraud of the monetarily enslaved people of the United States.

  • @usrowing08

If you could prove me wrong, you would have done so by now, which means you are wrong.

  • @RetSquid your STILL on here ? do you ever get off

  • @tarotimes

Not as long as there are people like you trying to pervert the law and the Constitution.

  • @RetSquid I have a copy of the consitution in front of me if you would Like one

  • @tarotimes

Try reading it instead of using it as a mouse pad.

  • @RetSquid Never mind, judging by your responses, you lack maturity and knowledge, with nothing better to do than regurgitate legally flawed arguments. If I wanted to listen to backwards logic and circular arguments I would have turned on my television.

  • @usrowing08

I notice that you can't even TRY to refute anything I've said.

  • @RetSquid

That's because only you seem to think you have actually said anything in the first place. Your nature is that of the IRS. All Ad Hominem vomit with NO facts whatsoever.

  • @clipper0udo2

What an amazing example of Ad Hominem, you didn't even notice that YOU were the example, did you? Now, do you have any facts to back up your moronic claim?

  • @usrowing08

It took you TWO MONTHS to get up the courage to post THAT?

Nice to meet you, bigoted moron.

  • You can see this guy is a drone licking his masters boots

  • NO TAXATION WITHOUT CLARIFICATION

  • NON-TAXPAYER

The power to tax the domestic earnings of the vast majority of American citizens was never granted to Congress by the U.S. Constitution. because working and making a living is a natural or enalible right not a mear privlage. Such a broad direct tax could never pass constitional muster and would most certainly be struck down by the Supream Court .

  • @Tealy855

    The Supreme Court says:

"That the authority conferred upon Congress...[is] EXHAUSTIVE AND EMBRACES EVERY CONCEIVABLE POWER OF TAXATION has never been questioned, or, if it has, has been so often authoritatively declared as to render it necessary only to state the doctrine. And it has also never been questioned from the foundation... that there was authority given, as the part was included in the whole, to lay and collect income taxes.

    BRUSHABER v. UPRR

  • @RetSquid The Supreme Court can say whatever it wants. Income Tax is an unnaportioned tax therefore it is un-Constitutional to enforce it on the people. When was the last time you read the Constitution Squidgy?

  • @venuecam

You have no idea how the laws work in the U.S. do you? If you did, you would know how stupid that comment is.

  • Those made liable within the several states are:

    1. non resident alliens with domestic income

    2. foreign corporations with domestic income

3.. withholding agents for the above

    4. U.S Persons holding the income of the above( 1 and 2 )

  • @Tealy855

“The determination of where income is derived or ‘sourced’ is generally of no moment to either United States citizens or United States corporations, for such persons are subject to tax under section 1 and section 11, respectively, on their worldwide income.”

    Great-West Life Assur. Co. v. United States, 230 Ct. Cl. 477, 678 F.2d 180, 183 (1982)

  • @RetSquid Income Tax is an unnaportioned tax therefore it is un-Constitutional to enforce it on the people. Read the Constitution again. Remember, to ignore and override the Constitution is Treason ;D

  • @venuecam 16th Amendment to the Constitution changed things to allow for that. And the Supreme Court is the body that is charged with deciding what is or isn't constitutional.

  • @Tealy855

Why don't you Google search the term 'Tax Protester FAQ' and shut the fuck up?

You Income Tax Protesters are so retarded...You don't know the law, you don't understand the law, hell you don't even have a big picture of how the law works in the United States. You don't even understand the law in any other country in the world. You are absolutely unqualified to act as a lawyer, and watching a 2 hour documentary made by someone else who's unqualified doesn't make you an expert.

  • @SadegoGG Your a sap and a sucker and you will always be a sap and a sucker

  • @Tealy855

Because your conspiracy theory was disproven by an actual professional? Actually, I think the fact that you would believe something so easily disproven, would make you a sap and a sucker.

  • I am going to read his book and get back to you- all I can say if I did not pay

income taxes all those years I would be writing this from jail like Ed Brown.

    Law or no law,.

  • @Tealy855

How can you be convicted and end up in jail with no law?

  • @RetSquid Because the IRS and lower courts dont follow the

law. They operate on whatever the most popular belief is.

  • @Tealy855

LOL!!! NOT!! In order to be charged with something there has to be a law FIRST. The IRS and lower courts DO follow the law. If you have any proof otherwise, please post some. (The IRS does lose court cases sometimes.)

There is no court, up to and including the Supreme Court that agrees with these tap protestors.

  • @RetSquid Go use this as the basis for all this "proof" you are so desperately trying to obtain to buddy up with your IRS associates

Income Tax is an unnaportioned tax therefore it is un-Constitutional to enforce it on the people. Read the Constitution again.

Should I just keep repeating it or has it sunk in ye?t XD

  • @venuecam

    More BS.

I have actually never met anyone that works for the IRS. :)

  • @RetSquid another one of your opinions. I'll leave you warm and cosy with them ok.

  • @venuecam

Sorry if you can't handle the facts.

  • @RetSquid

The only fact is that most of those in the USA gverment are puppets to the Global Elite/Illiuminati and their only job is to make way for NWO and the Antichrist. Most of the politicians are bohemian grove/Skull and bones members. Another word for that, satanists.

Obama is just a puppet who cant speak for himslef without teleprompter becuase he is a puppet.

NWO is coming closer and you are defending the devils in the goverment.

May God save you and everyone else.

  • @MrFabregas1987

I'm not worried, I know how the story ends.

  • Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

Section 2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation

  • @Tealy855

Why do you keep posting this? It has nothing to do with the subject at hand.

“If the requirements of the tax laws were to be classed as servitude, they would not be the kind of involuntary servitude referred to in the Thirteenth Amendment.”

    Porth v. Brodrick, 214 F.2d 925, 926 (10th Cir. 1954).

  • @RetSquid All I can tell you is the income Tax has nothing to do

    with me.

  • @RetSquid I have no taxable income.

  • @Tealy855

You have no job and make no money?

  • @RetSquid No Im rretired

  • @Tealy855

But if you had a job your pay WOULD be taxable income.

  • @RetSquid you did not call into the show today - Why ?

  • @Tealy855

Why don't you have him post here? I'm too busy too stop and call anyone's show and listen to BS that has no basis in fact or law.

  • @RetSquid To tell you the truth I paid income taxes and even

withheld taxes from employees and had an accountant for

many years-and wrote many checks to the IRS.

  • Congress was granted the power to impose an income tax, however

congress was never granted the broad power to impose such a tax on the vast majority of working americans.

The income tax is contractual for most of us.

For Individuals domiciled in the 50 states and who are not Federal employees, nor non resident alliens , the income tax is contractual. Liability only begins when the individual voluntarily enters into a contract with the government.

    Tealy855 11 hours ago

  • @Tealy855

“It is true that the power of Congress to tax is a very extensive power. It is given in the Constitution with only one exception and only two qualifications. Congress cannot tax exports, and it must impose direct taxes by the rule of apportionment and indirect taxes by the rule of uniformity. Thus, limited, and thus only, it reaches every subject, and may be exercised at discretion.”

    License Tax Cases, 72 U.S. 462, 471 (1866).

  • @RetSquid Call 1-800-313-9443 after 4 pm tomarrow

  • @Tealy855

Why? Is that your parole officer's number or your therapist's?

  • @RetSquid never on parole or in therapy - this guy will set you straight-

  • @Tealy855

You get him on here and I will set HIM straight.

  • @RetSquid Well you call him and tell him-

What you are saying would violate the 13th amendment -

  • @Tealy855 Assuming the 13th prohibited income taxation (even though it doesn't), it would be trumped by the 16th.

  • @RetSquid The scam is that it can not apply to the domestic

income of american citizens otherwise it would be ruled unconstitutional -

So its been misaplied over the years-

  • @Tealy855

Incorrect, the Constitution and the laws apply to all of us, especially because it specifically says "every" individual. It applies to Citizens no matter where they are in the world.

  • BP = Big People ?

  • Paying your government for the right to earn wages doesn’t seem the slightest bite socialistic? This is not a State of Socialism or Democracy, this is a Republic. Would the people (The Republic) ever vote in income tax? This has been forced onto the American people unlawfully!

  • @hitt6552

The Internal Revenue Code of 1954 was passed by both houses of Congress as House Resolution 8300, and was signed by President Eisenhower on August 16, 1954, at about 9:45 a.m., becoming Public Law 83-591, 68A Stat. 3. The Internal Revenue Code is now known as the “Internal Revenue Code of 1986” as a result of changes made by Public Law 99-514, 100 Stat. 2085 (10/22/1986).

  • @RetSquid Yeah, it was passed, no dispute there, but was done illegally. First account is that a country can’t pass new laws or add addendums to its constitution that are in direct conflict with that counties constitution. Second; the sufficient amount of state never ratified that amendment, thereafter a president signature still doesn’t make it legal, but I will say you’re no jack ass, I owe you an apology, sorry. What you’re citing is what IRS and CPA’s, etc., know, but...

  • @RedSquid but there is no law that would stand up in a federal court. Unfortunately, and the reason I pay my taxes is that a person won’t be tried in a federal court, so, uniquely done.

  • @hitt6552

The Federal income tax is always held up in Federal Court, that's the ONLY place you can dispute it.

  • @hitt6552 The authority to levy an income tax comes from Article I, Section 8.

The argument that the Constitution can't be amended in a manner that conflicts with the original text is absurd. If you really believe that, then you must think slavery is still allowed, since the 13th Amendment conflicts with the Fugitive Slave Clause (Article IV, Section 2, Clause 3). And you must think that John McCain is the Vice President, since the 12th Amendment conflicts with Article II, Section 1.

  • @prof5string Well, what I mean is, it has to be amended through the federal court system, and it never was.

  • @hitt6552 Amendments aren't adopted through the courts. Please read Article V of the Constitution.

  • @prof5string

It's amazing how many people on here would fail an 8th grade U.S. government class!

  • @RetSquid They would also fail an 8th grade English class.

  • @prof5string Yes "we" are the "small" people.

  • @prof5string You never answered my question ?

  • @asicit2b I don't answer gibberish. If you want to post a coherent question, I'll answer it.

  • @prof5string You have not. My questions presented to your comments

are understandable to ones who know what is being asked. If YOU find it "gibberish" or "incoherent" I would suggest you put some effort towards what the answers are. You have answered my questions by not answering. Thank you.

  • @hitt6552

WOW, you have just displayed your ignorance. An amendment is there to change the Constitution so, it is designed to be in conflict with the rest...it changes the original. Thirty-eight states ratified the sixteenth amendment, and thirty-seven sent formal instruments of ratification to the Secretary of State, Minnesota notified the Secretary orally. Also, A President NEVER signs an Amendment.

  • The federal courts threw the case out, first in the late 1800’s and then again in 1913. It was then written in IRS code and later snuck in as an addendum to the 16th amendment.

I quote US District Court Judge James C. Fox 2003, “If you examine the 16th amendment carefully, you would find that a significant number of states never ratified that amendment”.

  • @hitt6552

    Here's more of that quote:

"...amendment. And nonetheless, I think it's fair to say that it is part of the constitution of the United States and I don't think any court would ever … set it aside... I'm sure no court's going to say that the 16th amendment permitting income is void for any reason, although I wouldn't mind filing for a rebate myself."

  • 1913 Federal Reserve Act was unconstitutional.

1913 Federal Income Tax is unconstitutional; it is a direct unapportioned tax. A direct tax has to be apportioned to be legal, at least according to the United States of America.

An amendment can be ratified, but it has to be accepted by a certain number of states; which was never met. Therefore, the income tax, which was never meant to be in the first place, was illegally implemented.

  • RetSquid your reciting IRS code not law jack ass...

  • @hitt6552

Nice try, but Title 26 is the Internal Revenue Code and is the law.

  • Comment removed

  • Being accused of lies lies lies. Stop responding to me and do something constructive with your life. I can follow the concept very clearly on my own if you dont mind.

IRC section 6001 is the primary authority for record keeping requirements.

IRC 6001 applies to a foreign branch of a U.S. corporation or a U.S. branch of a foreign corporation. A U.S. branch of a foreign corporation is also subject to the reporting corporation requirements of IRC sections 6038A and 6038C. See Reg. 1.6038A-1(c) and 1.6038A-2(a)(2)

  • I do not 'defend the IRS' I defend the Constitution and the laws of the United States, I took an oath to do that.

  • Show me that law. Not just some made up interpretation. Then we can get to 16th Amendment.

  • @willimd So what that the 16th amendment was radifited it and so what if it it. Only corporations have income people dont have income as the constituion defined income. People who say to repeal the 16th amedment doesnt know that income means profits and gain form corporations? Now the USA will argue that

  • you are a corporation that the 14th amendment created you as a corporation. You file bankrupty the same way your name is in all capital letters like corporations so maybe the people are corporations but who really owns us?

  • @andrewrosso

WOW, why don't you look this stuff up before you post things?

  • @andrewrosso

Plaintiff also contends that the person designated as MOGI JASON ROFICK in all capital letters on the IRS notices is a fictitious entity created by the IRS with the purpose of taking title to his property as his name is Mogi Jason Rofick, designated by both capital and lower case letters. The Court finds this argument to be frivolous.

    Mogi J. Rofick v. Commissioner

  • @andrewrosso

Show me where in the Constitution it defines income like you say it does.

  • @RetSquid First you have the law of the land the constitution and from that there are 2 branches one is the US CODE and the other side you have CRF. In the 1954 code they defined income as wage, interst ..ect. and the supreme court said they couldnt change the consitution by Legislation. So they changed the meaning of income in the constitution. The current code doesnt define income becuase it cant.

  • @andrewrosso

    You're kidding, right?

The U.S. Code --is-- the CFR...The Code of Federal Regulations.

    TITLE 26 > Subtitle A > CHAPTER 1 > Subchapter B > PART I >

    § 61. Gross income defined

    General definition

Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, gross income means all income from whatever source derived...

  • @RetSquid you cant define income with the same word? gross income is all income? Then whats income? Its like saying what the defining of big wieget? a wieget but only bigger? but whats a wieget?: They cant define it.

  • @andrewrosso Income defined in Title 26: (1) Compensation for services, including fees, commissions, fringe benefits, and similar items; (2) Gross income derived from business; (3) Gains derived from dealings in property; (4) Interest; (5) Rents; (6) Royalties; (7) Dividends; (8) Alimony and separate maintenance payments; (9) Annuities; (10) Income from life insurance and endowment contracts; (11) Pensions; (12) Income from discharge of indebtedness
  • @RetSquid

You are showing the US Code Internal Revenue. They are just words without the THE LAW to give them authority. Read 26 US Code of Federal Regulations

  • @StealthConveyance

Title 26 (The Internal Revenue Code) IS the compilation of all the income tax laws.

The petitioners argument that the Internal Revenue Code was not enacted by Congress is equally meritless. The Internal Revenue Code of 1954 was enacted by the 83rd Congress on August 16, 1954 (ch. 736, 68A Stat. 3) and has been amended by Congress with some frequency since that time.

    Urban v. Commissioner, T.C. Memo. 1991-220, affd. per curiam, 964 F.2d 888 (9th Cir. 1992).

  • @RetSquid

    Read these definitions

    26C.F.R. 31.3401(a)-1 Wages.

    26C.F.R. 31.3401(c)-1 Employee.

    26C.F.R. 31.3401(d)-1 Employer

    26C.F.R. 31.3402(p)-1 Voluntary withholding agreements [Form W-4]

  • @StealthConveyance

What don't you understand about the definitions? They only apply to withholding income tax, not the actual imposition of the tax.

  • @RetSquid

Did you actually read what I said? WITHOUT the US CFR, they are just words with no AUTHORITY. The two work in conjunction. You could remove all of the US Title 26 Code and still collect taxes. The POWER is in the Code of Federal Regulations. 26 C.F.R.

I wonder what your motive is to continue misleading everyone here for over a year?

Do you work for the IRS? Did you go there after you got out of the Navy?

  • @StealthConveyance

Title 26 is part of the CFR (Code of Federal Regulations). Why are you so confused on what Title 26 is? No, I don't work for the IRS in any way, I'm retired and a student.

  • @RetSquid

26 CFR 1.643(b)-1 Definition of income. For purposes of subparts A through D, part I, subchapter J, chapter 1 of the Internal Revenue Code, income, when not preceded by the words taxable, distributable net, undistributed net, or gross, means the amount of income of an estate or trust for the taxable year determined under the terms of the governing instrument and applicable local law.
