  • angelina jolies best film !!! amazinggg and Jason Butler Harner deserved an oscar for his performance !!

  • FTYSTOS O ADWNIS GEORGIADIS O PAIDERAS!

  • Mr. Harner you did it again :))))

  • Did he kill them? I want to know whether to feel bad for him or to be glad his character is dead.

  • Was I the only person who felt a little sorry for Harner's character when he was hung? I feel so guilty for feeling this. I can't believe Harner wasn't nominated for ONE award...

  • jason harner did an amazing job, and i didnt even notice because hid character was hated so much....

  • strange, that drop should have make him lose consness (sorry for bad english).

  • I didnt touch em all u basterds, oh yes u did

  • I hope he goes to hell too.

  • lol

  • silent night lol

  • @TheKyraPoland his mother did help him murder Walter

  • I am a very peaceful, compassionate, nonviolent, anti-captical punishment person, but this movie is so damn good that it made be actually ENJOY watching someone get put to death by the state. I was awash in serenity and a deep sense of satisfaction watching the sick fuck's feet twitch. How I wish this story weren't true. What the hell was wrong with guy?

  • @waynebollman i couldn't have said it better...my guess is his parents where just as fucked up.northcott 'calimed' that his dad had molested him as a kid...so if thats true ,then it proabably had somthin to do with the way he turned out.

  • PRESS PAUSE AND GO TO 3:10! DID HE TRY TO KISS HER?

  • @DrAgOnBeRRyS of course

  • "13 steps! 13 steps!" - why did he say that? What does that mean?

  • @Arman88 While climbing the stairs to the execution, there where 13 steps. But he didn't got to touch them all because he was carried to death.

  • @AngieMaslow Oh, that makes sense! I thought he said, and listen to this... "13 snaps! 13 snaps! But I didn't touch em' all...!" referring to the 13 children he snapped in the coop but... didn't touch? lol anyways, thx!

  • @AngieMaslow Besides, I don't even think he wanted to touch all stairs, because that would mean bad luck. So that's probably why he is glad about it.

  • the singing while he is preparing to be hanged is so creepy.

  • this movie scares me a lot

  • My neck... feels... 7:22.. OOOoooohhh!!! ouch ..

Ok but seriously this movie is really touching even for this scene even for Him imagine in a room full of people you hardly know and two officers just push you up the stairs as your legs crumble under your Guilt... and feel the devils hand around your neck not knowing when you you fall... to find out the truth go Wiki

  • me too .. I hope the b@st@rds go to hell & rot --

  • now one of my favorite films, absolutely brilliant throughout.

but i was completely pissing myself laughing when he was singing with the bag over his head X'D

  • did you guys know that the real gordon northcott was a result of incest, he was sexually abused from his family all the time... not making excuses for him, just thought you should know the facts..

  • my mum dosen't even know i exist

  • his acting was so great, I couldn`t help but laugh... like did he really expect sympathy?? omg, lol..

  • Great movie...fuck Northcott...got what he deserved....the fact that he was terrified made it all the better...

  • This film gets a 10/10 from me.

You'd think the hanging scene would give the audience some satisfaction, but I think it was done in a way so that we feel more disgust. Brilliantly done.

  • this movie is sooo underrated. great film. one of my favorites.

  • What's about the thirteen steps and him not touching them all?

  • @SirJ4ck Either he means he didn't sexually abuse all the boys he killed, or he means he officers made him walk so fast over the thirteen steps that he went over them without his feet even touching them..

  • @SirJ4ck He's completely desperate and since this is a "ritual" with everything done in exact order, somehow he got in in his mind if he didn't touch all of the 13 steps laeading to the rope, it just "wouldn't count". Just the mind frantically searching for a way to stay alive.

  • OMG Angelina Jolie is a MILF in this film, its surprising how she doesn't get fucked by the Captain or Reverend or wank anyone off with those leather gloves she loves to wear during the film.. Ohh and this interview part if only the man could tell the police men to go away and play his part ;) jizzzz! and oh yeah when she rubs her leather gloves over his face, he goes hard ;) and that's why he attempts to kiss her :P

  • Jason is so handsome!

  • 3:38 Did you kill my son ?? Wow thats powerfull!

  • im in love with jason and this movie, but i really wish that clint eastwood would let jason and angelina kiss

  • Lol, first time I saw this movie, twas on TV, during the hanging scene when the camera first cuts to Christine Collins looking on, I really thought she was going to be all "DID YOU KILL MY SON" again

  • if there was a hell.. he would now be in it

  • Some 110 lb. woman confronts a convicted killer at San Quentin and slams him against the wall? How can anyone watch this crap and not fall on the floor in paroxysms of laughter?

  • @DartmouthAlum96 do you know what "fiction" means, asshole?

  • @famosadicto Yes. Do you know what "reasonable suspension of disbelief" means? Chavala estupida.

  • @DartmouthAlum96 Now let's be fair, here. Northcott is handcuffed, and although he IS a convicted murderer at San Quentin, he is also a coward who targeted small children; he isn't a John Dillinger ranking badass. That being said, I think Christine intimidated him. I can reasonably see how she could manage to hold him back like she did. ;)

  • @levim68 stop the execution you mean?

  • Fuuuuuuuckin aye. . .these two ALWAYS get me, but what really gets me is when it hits 7:00. Fucking chills from my toes to my teeth.

  • That scene killed me ):

  • When i first watched this movie i felt like pure sympatht for him in this scene even though he is supposed to be evil and shit, but i think i felt like that

A: it was the first time i watched a hanging scene and this movie for that matter

B: i've never seen a grown man cry, let alone be crying out of terror

  • I wasn't all that impressed with this movie for the most part. But, this scene is the most filthy, disgusting, terrifying scene in any film I've ever seen. Honestly, no horror movie will ever scare me quite as much as this one, if only because of the way the execution is shot.

  • Jason Butler Harner portrayed how much of an absolute Gordon Stewarr Northcott truly was. Some of the best acting I have seen in a while. And Jolie did a great job too. I enjoyed her more serious side.

  • Am I the only one who thought all the time that he would say something about her son before his death?

  • I'm so sorry for her. She's such a great mother to do this all for her son!

  • And am I the only one who noticed Jason Butler Harner's excellent acting?

  • @Caljayc Hardly :)

  • Comment removed

  • @Caljayc no your not the only :) at the first time i saw this movie i admire ´jason´s job he was amazing he is a grea great actoer and angelina it is too! the most of ppl dont see that cuz see jason as the bad guy, but that bad guy its just a caracther (in the real life obviosly exist) but the actor jason is amazing

  • @Caljayc He deserved at least an oscar nomination for the incredible perfomance he delivered!

  • @Caljayc Excellent? You mean Incredibly Awesome?

  • The cinematography is spectacular. Amazing scene, best hanging scene i've ever scene. So powerful.

  • @Caljayc You should watch 'Dancer in the Dark'

  • @Adriensteamboy Seen that. The hanging scene in that is just painful and utterly depressing.

    I love that film though.

  • Best hanging scene I've ever witnessed. It's so honest and heartbreaking, even though he's supposed to be so evil.

  • Brilliant movie, brilliant cast, brilliant acting. Eastwood is like a good wine: The older the better.

  • @Platschheimer Eastwood is great, but Jolie is a marginal actor at best.

  • @KellyGreen5555 You are absolutely right.
