You can put bombs after you become good friend with packie. You can call him and he'll leave a bomb for you somewhere to pic. After that you plant it under your or any other car and KABOOOM

soo.. they still didnt fix the Instant Cop Blockade wich took spot in every GTA game so far. I have it on mah pc. Didnt get to play yet tho... i digitaly purchased it and cant download it thanks to my uber internet wich had to get sick after i purchased it. Oh well.. only 3 days and i get a new and faster net.

There is a good and bad side to the new PC version however. Plus side is that there can be new game modes for GTA and a better online mode. Bad side is that some of the glitches that you see on consoles like the PS3 and XBOX360 may not exist, there may also be technical issues with this quick conversion from console to PC.

It's not called lag btw, lag is when your playing online and the connection is bad, and everything is delayed, and sometimes kills don't even work (hence ppl getting ripped on halo 3), this was a glitch-just a bug in the system.

you CANNOT lag offline, sorry it's true. Because offline, there's no connection to make the game slower (or slow recieving around the world-if the connection's bad) i think what you mean is glitches. Glitches are things in games (with/without internet) that aren't supposed to happen (which is what a "glitch" is defined as)...however there can be FRAP lag in games when you overload the game (ie: too much dup on oblivion) i think that's wat u mean. Slightly Different to LAG itself.
