  • why not starbucks?

  • She looks like kristin but doesnt sound like her lol

  • Have known this singer since 5th grade and she can sing about anything...very versatile and strong voice.

  • I really love this! Great passion, expression and lovely voice!

    Keep it up

  • i go to this church!!!

  • oh she has a beautiful voice... and performs very well... i bet she has sung many times in front of an audience!

  • shes good but her voice is way to low to be kristins

  • She's... not Kristin. xD

  • rawr

  • at camp this song was so popular! I <3 this song!

  • my sister likes this latte dude named kristin lol

  • ur kidding

u R kidding right? cuz the girl who originally sung the song is Kristin Chenoweth that girl didn't just make that up. you know that right? thoght so.

  • The song writers actually were the ones who met this "Taylor", late at night and a little bit under the drunken influence (i think, not sure), they wrote the lyrics on the spot (at that starbucks).

    Marcy Heisler and Zina Goldrich.

But the song itself is from a Musical called "Adventures in Love".

  • Its cute. I sang it too!

  • Sooooo cute!! Love the song, love your version!! Great job!!

  • Wow I thought this was Kristin Chenoweth! GOOD JOB

  • come one she sounds no way like Cheno... :oS but she sounds good ;)

  • she doesn't sound like her at all, but she's still a really good singer.

i wonder why she says kristin....

  • lol I love how you said "Taylor wanted me---you know, to volunteer at the Cafe...." and some people were shock laughing at first because it's a church. That was awesome :D

  • i love this song i heard this at my cousin concert i love this song!!!!!

  • That is awesome. And the thing is that there are actually girls who act exactly like the girl in the song (without the counter stuff) and boys who are like Taylor. In the end they are married and have two children. But that was such a great performance. 5 stars!!!

  • Great job! I really like all the twists in the wording you used for the performance!

  • i like kristin better!!!!! this is not taylor the latte boy!!!!

  • fantastic job!!!!!!! i thoroughly enjoyed this performance....you definitely did it justice!!!!

  • omg... PLEASE TELL ME SHE IS NOT B.N. serious!

    LOL!!!

  • Hey! Well done! You rock! i lloved it! but im just wondering why you said cafe instead of starbucks at the very beginning? But otherwise, you are rockin'!

  • We were doing this for our church, and it's supposed to be about "a boy that works at the cafe'" (at the church.) Part of us appreciating our volunteers at the church. Including our cafe workers. Thanks for your kind comments.

  • You're a great singer. I love how you made it fit for your church function. Very cool.

  • Great job! I really like your version. =]

  • Where did you get the kareoke version of this song? Or could you send it to me please.

  • The piano was played live (my very talented hubby!) We could not even find the sheet music-you have to buy the whole book by these composers. Sorry we can't help! Good luck!

  • Ugh! Isn't that just too frustrating?

You want to sing ONE song and it's a $40 songbook.

Great job, by the way. Nice rework.

  • great job!

  • lol...herd one of my friend's from church...his wife told me about this song...NICE!!!

  • Pretty Good,But you no kristen. But it really was pretty good.Your a good singer! :)

  • And "you" no typer...

  • Hi, I thought it was really beautifully adapted to your purpose and worked really well. You are clearly very talented and your voice was good to listen to. I really thought you played the character well also. Well done and thanks for posting.

  • ...the apron thing made me think you were going to die!

  • good voice!!! was this like a church talent show??? are you in your church's choir or something. was this in your chest voice or head voice??? if head, that is one wonderful voice! chest...how do you make it sound like that? Why did you rewrite the song? I understand the name change in the beginning...the rest kinda downed my vibe.

  • Thanks for the comment. I think that I pretty much moved between head and chest, but probably mostly in head. We rewrote the lyrics, because we were performing the song at an event that honored the volunteers at our church (granger community church, granger, IN). We have a cafe that is run by volunteers, so we pretended that this girl wanted to be a volunteer at the cafe, just like "taylor the latte boy." Make sense? I agree, it is weird out of context. Thanks again!
