if the car would slide down, get to a place and get filled with water which on his way falls down to refill the container form which water is falling from... ofc the problem is the gravity- potential energy of water which is at lower lvl if he spills it but you can make a pump which get's energy from the wheels of the car when it's moving? heh just a tought ^^

what's your spring strength and damping?

I just took the slider to maximum for strength. Damping kept to default. The trick is to have the springs at the same point on each wheel (same diameter and position)
