shes singing live. i know. there is a video in youtube of her in the studio recording telephone and she was singing live into the microphone. it sounded EXACTLY the same as the offical one. u think she is lip synching because she NEVER edits her voice.

She never lip-syncs, obviously she has playback as a backingrack for her songs (everyone does). Even if she was lip-syncing, I can't blame her, it would be very hard to sing live to this song and dance at the same time. But she always says in interviews and stuff that singing live is part of being an artist and that she wouldn't do it.

She always uses the playback as her backup singing and sings over it. Sometimes she stops singing to dance for a portion of the song before she stops and starts singing again.

:/ She never really lip-synches as far as I've seen. Its totally obvious when she's not singing because she never tries to move her mouth to match the song. But then again, I wasn't THERE so I can't say for sure.

I just doubt she lip-synched an entire song.

She generally sings live. What's the big deal if she lip synchs or uses playback or whatever? She's not perfect and I don't expect her to be. Plus she sings and dances for like 2 hours over the course of 3-4 months. Give the woman a break. That shit can wear you out.

It's just pre-recorded vocals dammit. Every performer needs pre-recorded vocals when they're performing a song because either

1)They DON'T have back up singers.

2)They can't sing live and dance while catching their breath.

Lady Gaga admitted it herself that she uses pre-recorded vocals during a chorus of the song when she's performing. Lay off and just enjoy the performance will you? Psssh.

She has back up singers on this tour and most humans can't sing properly when performing heavy choreography. And I do enjoy it lol people trying to defend singers that aren't obviously singing live annoys me haha. It's ok if singers lip sync but they better be DANCING up hot ass storm like gaga. If she was lipsyncing while on the piano or walking then that would be a straight joke and super lame

@kenxcore yeah. she doesn't really "lip sing." She has the song playing in the background. So that the beat and the sythesizers can be played too. And she just sings over it. Basically, she uses the recording as her own back up singing.

Sometimes you can her that recording more than her actual voice since she's always out of breathe from all the dancing.
