here is a tip, that not many know. if u have just installed Half life 1, and u try to Intsall ESF, it wont work. It wont alow u to click on INSTALL, The trick is. Launch half life 1. THEN it will alow u to Install ESF.

ok so ive installed half-life demo and installed esf but esf wont work no matter how many times or how many mods i install it says failed to launch game when i go on steam and click launch

Sorry you MUST have a full working version of half -life with a legitimate serial key for it to work. There's no point torrenting it because it won't work.

The Game doesn't even cost much :/

Why does it come up a window in ESF when i try to join a server that says: This steam account doesnt own the game or some thing like that??

You didn't buy/use a valid copy of half life 1 did you? thats why it's showing up. Its because steam looks at your account and realiszes that you never brought the game so you thats why the message is appearing.

ECX is a plugin/mod for esf. It lets you play with more characters and you have much more moves and better sprites. Basically it spices up the game.

Hey, dude, thatnks for the video, it really helped me out. ive got everything ready now, and im just about to install ESF. but when i do, will there be a desktop link to it, or will i have to go into half-life and then click on 'mods'?

okay cool, sorry for the late reply... my computer isn't working properly. Steam is your answer, if you open steam then My Games (its all in the video) you will see the name 'Eaths Special Forces' just click on that and it should launch the game

didnt you listen to the video? ESF only works for the original half-life game, and only the original, becuase thats where it was modded from. do you think you can take a half-life modded game and play it using half-life 2?

Did you actually buy games? and if so which ones? If you did and they dissapeared you will have to contact steam with proof that you brought these games.

y when im in steam.steam dont show the games that are not installed .? the 1st time i install steam there was that list but now there is no list ..and i need to know how to put that list where it was..
