For all you super smart people he doesnt get the string names wrong atall its an alternate tuning.... quite obvious since E isnt on the 11th fret of the e string but would be 11 on an F string

A. he doesn't mention that its alternate tuning. Don't you think that a beginner will most likely not realize that and be left in heavy confusion

B. It's a basic lesson. A novice driver doesn't drive an 18 wheeler at first.
