QUESTION: I have the fantom x7 and i was wondering what extension (.SVQ or .SMF) did you save it as in order to tranfer your tracks done inside the Fantom into another sequencer like Protools? And How?

Man, you can't transfer files of that sort into Pro Tools. All you do is just record the audio straight into Pro Tools. Very, Very, simple. But, you have to switch the fantom over to slave-midi in the menu section under keyboard so when you hit play/record in Pro Tools the fantom automatically starts playin' and gets recorded.

I like the motif xs a lot better due to better sounds and a lot more as well the fantom is koo too but I think the motif is aimed at hip hop and r&b so it fits me better but to each his own id recommend going to the guitar center and trying them both and then making your decision

Dope beat but I agree with Mr youngwurk. Should have put a boom bass instead. Or maybe use the kick drum in like the first verse of the song then bring the boom in during the first chor. and then throught out the song. This is probally the only peice of hardware I would reccomend for anyone. Aother than that, all about the software baby.
