he's using an amp head called a carvin, dont know much about them

Carvin is a custom builder.

I hate to say it but I don't think you can rely much on this recording for how the amp sounds. Listen to how distorted the drums are... that dirty sound you like has a lot to do with the sheer volume of the amp versus this camera's mic.

Probably sounds awesome, just not exactly like it does on this video.
