Technically the corner has already been taken and so the player can run with the ball.

I have seen this pay out a different way as well. Defender sees what's happening and challenges for the ball. Attacker complains defender encroachment on the ck. Difficult position to be put in as a referee. If the defense is fooled - ah clever trick. If the defense is not fooled - complain defense is encroaching. Can't have it both ways folks. Technically, this is a fair play. In the spirit of the game, I believe it is USB.

It´s cheating as far as the first player didn´t touch the ball. But I assume that he has moved the ball into the field from the corner, just "faking" he´s giving the ball to the second player - but you can´t see it in the video. If that´s the true way it is more than clever :-)
