In this information age we were fortunate to have had George Ohsawa come along. Sadly macrobiotics is not taught is grade school yet. Yes young and old people do have problems. Vision quests are not pratical for the masses of humans on earth before being given a understanding of macrobiotics. I understand that the imperfect becomes perfect. So if this movie causes a bunch of lemming type humans to jump from a cliff so to speak then this is cause and effect beyond my complete control.

Lots of young people run and hide from their dysfunctional families. Many have use drugs and alcohol as an escape / adventure, sometimes with deadly consequences.

Therefore consciously I am mentally fortified to not ever become addicted to finite matter in whatever form it is presented. I am wise to the fact that I am submersed within the material finite. Ohsawa never once spoke of anthropology nor is he qualified to. I have a feeling that i know more about macrobiotics than you do.
