  • Sandy would like to go to the fall drum festival in Montreal but has a tough time traveling, long hours in a confined space are difficult for him so the 15 hour flight to Australia would be very tough. He's very happy that people still enjoy his music. He's still a great drummer and we Boulder City residents are very grateful for his occasional performance in town.

  • Hey still plays great with his other foot and would like to attend the drum festival in Montreal this fall.

  • Does he have a prosthetic leg now? Is there any chance you could convince Mr Nelson to come to Australia??? I just love the guy. I'd love to get his autograph!

  • Hi There, If you see him say to him that the great, great, great cousin of Murray Spivack is alive! and well...

  • If I'm not mistaken, Sandy Nelson lost a foot in a car accident in the early sixties.
