A while back my son did the out match achievements, most of them in one game. Hands down, he's not really good, but this is what happened. He started a custom game on Burning Tide. (He often plays that map.) This time, with me breathing down his neck, he goes for 4 opponents. And quietly I go, tss, wont happen. A couple of minutes later he shows me the achievement list. Well, I think he nailed most of the out matched achievements in there.
Incorrect, I just did the achievement today in a similar way on 1.3.4
It took several hours as you also need a bit of luck (AI not picking a heavy immortal build).
I even 1-shotted it once more right afterwards with reversed starting positions.
Key is to figure out how to successfully spook their probes in the start and then maintain a sufficient cannon ratio to their army value so that they retreat quickly - this requires good balance between building probes and cannons.
@silver2zilver I'm sorry it didnt work for you. Like i also said in the video you will have to give it a few trys in order for it to work. it might not work sometimes. if you keep the center pylon up your forge wont get attacked by the probes. hope this helps
Good effort I guess, but you have it in replay mode and barely follow what you're doing. You explain the theory behind it, but you don't show us. When I attempt this, they always see my forge, and it's in the exact position, at the exact time. I've even done what you have and tried to use my probe as a distraction while waiting to get mins for both pylon and forge, 10-11 workers is too little. and they always stop it.

What I did was move my base to the gold bases, and expand. So I had 2 gold bases at a time, and it made cannon rushing a lot easier.

And you got lucky. I was finally able to break through using some of my own tactics but they made immortals which raped the cannons.
