most of this is absolute horseshit. Good defense has nothing to do with cheap ass hits. The stick checks were cool but all the hits were stupid. You make us defense-men look like thugs. Good defense is all about good footwork along with good poke checks and lifts. Do some research next time before you make a video that makes you look like a dumbass. not to mention the quality. this isnt the 1950's.

so im trying to decide wether to play baseball or laccrosse this spring, im in 9th grade now so ill probably stick with one for the next 4 years. ive always played baseball and im pretty good, i get a lot of really good hits, and i think if i work really hard i could play college ball for a good school, a few years ago i played lax and was very good, i played defense on a team with kids 3 years older than me and still did well, if i played lax id def be defense because im really strong but slow

i started the girls lacrosse team in my area and i fucking love it. it isnt as hard core as the guys rules but still its epic. although one hand cradling fucking sucks. but the some girls on the my team doesnt take it seriously so i just started playing with the guys. i even shaved my head so i fit in more. haha live.love.lacrosse :)
