Well I have about ten days left before my 6mths is up..I was making payments I thought but my wife was taking the money and buying a house for herself...I didn't see this coming and I get a letter saying my house was about to be sold..Chase has never answered my letters and my effort to do a remod with there lawyers is a joke...It does not matter if you have income or not..When they make up there minds to take your house they will..Period.
yes" we are FACING 4YEARS COUNTRYWIDE ORG 1NOTE recently produced by the PLAINTIFF BANK OF NY that bought OUR ORG NOTE untold to us 6/06 then SUMMONS us to go to OVER 3YEARS FORECLOSER HEARINGS without any negotiations whatso ever, CASE DISPOSED 2TIMES 8.18.09 & 3.9.10"
yes" we are afraid that BANK OF NY is about to repossess our familys house
