I do agree with u btw im 13 so at the time they were going on and as we r a couple of hours behind the US it was my birthday when i saw what happened my first bday party and we were on our way to ireland me my dad and my mum and i cant really remember anything but crying and this old woman ringing someone then crying it was horrible just imagine all of that for a 3year old kid to take in and when i had my first bday party and as im 1/4 yankie i found out my mums, mums aunty had died in the 9/11
@AussieGamerChick Your more than welcome. You did an excellent job on that video. I can't image how hard it could have been to talk about that. That event is very close to my heart and will never forget. You deserved the recognition for it. I wish that everyone could have seen your video, like being posted on the news or something to get what you said out there more. Keep it going. Thanks for reply back to me. Not many people respond to comments on the Channel. I really appreciated it.
I agree.. Great video and well siad. Even today I feel the same.. like it was yesterday watching all of that happen. My heart goes out to all of the people and families. My neighbor was one of the firefighters that was rescuing people and was injured while helping get people out of a building. Every year she puts her helmet out front with candles and a special 9/11 flag.
i live in NY. My dad moved out of the twin towers a month before the attacks. My cousin was killed. MY friends lost loved ones. So forgive me if I have hate. I will always hate
Being a fellow commentator and just a general fan of the COD youtube community I have made and seen a lot of videos but I have to say that this might be the best one I have ever seen. I sent you a friend request on XBL and would like to play sometime. You seem like a down to earth person which can be hard to find in this community.
Thumbs up for this one, Alex. Did a good job putting your thoughts and feelings across. I still vaguely remember the attacks. I had a habit of putting radio on when I went to bed. Was around midnight and heard the news on my radio saying that the Twin Towers of the WTC had been attacked. Then saw the front page of the paper the next day. Big photo of the Towers with smoke and flames pouring out.
@scott2184 Seeing those images on the news was bad enough I can't even begin to imagine what it would have been like seeing all with your own eyes. You would never be able to forget that.
Aussie you hit the nail completly on the head, it is a real shame that people hate on others for things they cant help or change. They will spend there whole life angry at others, i have personaly been the victim of a fair few race hate incidents (I n case you were wondering im English,Irish,Ghanian) and it is possibly the worst feeling ever. And also much love to those who may have lost someone in 9/11. Great comm Alex really good job.
great vid, well said don't be nervous ur a gr8 commentator, u should do more serious topic vids, more ppl can relate to them more ppl than u could ever imagine. Hope all is well
@bajskorv1129 are you fricken kidding? LET IT GO?? its a pivotal moment in our history. life is now based on "pre 9/11" or "post 9/11" for our generation..... seriously, this goes down as one of the DUMBEST comments i've ever read.
@stirstickinmadrink I understand that you are brainnwashed and think that this destroyed your whole fucked up country, but it didnt. I think you don't even feel sad about it, you're just trying to leech off of the sympathy and stuff. USA needs to let it go for fuck sake. and besides, it was the government who did it
@bajskorv1129 you are a retard, it was a group of muslim extremists from a country in the middleeastern part of the world. it was planned by a man named Osama bin Ladin, who was killed 10 years later by a elite group of soldiers known as SEAL Team Six, you my friend, are a complete waste of space and a total retard
@Poplarification I understand not everyone is going to like the same thing, if that happened the world would be pretty boring, but I think you shouldn't put someone down because they may like something you don't. I also understand that some people just don't except anything other then what they believe and that is what I find so sad.
I really loved it! It takes a great amount of courage to upload something like this and I really appreciate it. The world can be very sad sometimes indeed, but it's our job to really try and make it better!
I like your way of thinking. =)
