National breaks multiple election promises that they used to buy votes and yet the majority of middle class New Zealand are so stuck on the bandwagon that they're still voting National in polls. Beneficiary payments have also stayed the same as living costs have skyrocketed, as well as many other things i.e. University funding.

National's happy to either leave that as is or make more funding cuts to them.

Nationals current policies resemble those of the 1980's which saw New Zealand undergo the largest rise in income inequality out of all the OECD member nations.

People who support National are usually uneducated.

I am proud member of the NZ Labour party and have seen their great work in action, raising the minimum wage, reducing income inequality, working for families and interest free student loans all of which has helped the general public.

I fully agree with this ad - John Key seems like such a weasel and I would like to know who is actually pulling the strings. There's more than one time that National have stuffed up, and I trust John Key about as far as I could throw him. Helen Clark is so much more capable, and if she is asked a question she wasn't prepared for, she usually has a reasonable answer up her sleeve, while John Key takes the 'ask me tomorrow' approach.

Well it seems The Advertising Standards Authority disagree with these ads and has ruled they contain misleading information. Not to mention these ads should be talking about policies, and not immature bashing of the opposition. Another nice use of our tax payer dollars, thanks Helen.

How can you not see that Labours entire campaign has been based on bribery and vote buying? PI TV channel and universal student allowance just to name a few.

Have you seen the National ads, with John Key talking to various groups of people? Even in the ads they look bored or disapproving, and the clip in which there are people applauding them looks very staged and not very enthusiastic. So there goes their budget on an ad that doesn't make them look too great.

The authority can deal only with the ones on YouTube because radio and TV come under the Broadcasting Act, and the ads are therefore classed as election programmes. Yet another loophole Labour has found to cheat the system.

I don't know how National think they are going to be able to cut taxes and still have enough to fix roads, and train and hire police officers, to stop things like that happening. A vote for National is a waste, and if they got in then that's three years of waste ahead.
