@B34STisBOSS take it 2-3 times a day, depending on your personal daily protein need. like lets say you need 150 grms of protein a day, so you can take 2 servings which gives you 48 total, and the other 102 grams get from your food

on workout days take it immediately after a workout and on other days whenever you want. I like to have a protein shake before going to sleep as well, so that i have some protein to build the muscles while im sleeping

@bloodrainization I heard that the pro performance amplified wheybolic extreme 60 is supposed to be good, but it's also mad expensive. It's pretty much $64 for only 3 pounds, when you can buy another whey protein that's just as good, at 5 lbs for less than $64. In the end, there are a ton of other proteins, that get the job done, like the ON 100% whey protein and are not as expensive.

I've tried this. GNC sells it for about 33 bucks. Not a bad deal. The taste is decent and it actually does work. Very low sugar and low carbs. It also has low Calories and fat, which is always a plus. It's great for losing weight and building up good, clean muscle. It works for me.
