@sn1pe352 To summarize my "100% water powered issue", here is a chain which shows where the energy comes from and where it ends (for this example only).

(Solar or Battery energy) -> (Hydrogen chemical energy) -> (Electrical energy) -> (Friction and inertia to make the car move forward).

This chain shows all the forms of energy. Water does not hold any energy in any of these steps.

For gas powered cars, the fuel holds the energy chemically. You can observe this by igniting it with a flame.

@sn1pe352 About the description. Simplification is absolutely necessary when you try to convey an idea. However, in this case, you are conveying a different and false idea when you state that it's 100% powered by water.

Fuel is a type of input, or what you put in. Water is not what you put in to run the car. Hydrogen is the fuel which powers the vehicle.

In the case of using solar power to break down water, water is still not the fuel. The solar energy becomes the effective fuel of the car.

You fail to realise that replacing the fuel cell system with a simple battery + electric motor will save you space, weight, money, and you'll be able to travel farther. The only advantage hydrogen fuel energy has over conventional batteries is that you can recharge your vehicle much quicker. But how difficult is it to charge your cell phone overnight? Similarly you could charge your battery electric vehicle overnight.

@sn1pe352 This vehicle is absolutely not powered by balloon pressure. Pressure powered vehicles would need compressed gas and a pneumatic engine to use that pressure to make it go forward. The reason i'm telling you this is to show you that you can't just name it anything you want. There is a specific source of power which is driving the vehicle.

Also, I believe you do not understand "Tesla's Dream". By his dream i'm assuming you're reffering to his incomplete Wardenclyffe Tower project.

In this case, Tesla's dream was to develop an aparatus to provide free wireless electricity. You have not demonstrated this. The closest thing that comes to it is the solar cell you showed, but this is not what Tesla had in mind.

Lastly, your title is wrong: "100% Water Powered Car". This isn't the case. The vehicle isn't "powered" by water. Hydrogen is the source of power for the car. Water is a relatively stable liquid and is not suitable to store large amounts of electrical energy. In your video, you derive the energy from the sun and batteries. You don't derive the energy from the water itself.

@shambles9 and as far as saying that it's not a 100 percent water powered car is definitely silly and confusing to people who are actually trying to learn from others youtube comments, people need to know that a PEM Water Fuel Cell IS technically a 100 percent water for fuel vehicle in its Distilled Essence, the Hydrogen and Oxygen are disassociated by photovoltaic electrical energy, which in return is used to POWER the Proton Exchange Membrane Water Powered Vehicle
