Thanks for the nice comment Telstar008. The tracks are both from The Bonzo Dog Band 'Cornology' CD set. A brilliant collection to listen to on a long car journey - it's so varied.

Thanks NF, the secret is to paint the water area darker in the middle (where it's deeper)and paler towards the shore. Then pour varnish onto the area (not too much!) and as it's drying and gets tacky, stipple it with a brush. Once it's all dry, brush on a final coat of varnish.
