Later in 44 he stopped his armies to let Dirlewanger and Kaminski massacre the Polish who fought desparately against that scum in Warshau. Churchill would not give permission to drop a fully equpped Polish paratroopers-army into Warshau, no they where to die in Monte Cassino and Arnhem. @panhead55 I don't condemn anyone. I just try to see both sides, something my country always seems to fail at. We have been notorious for invading countries since our birth, but invading these Germans at their end was a mistake. I've read two full books on this subject alone and there is a lot which our government failed to mention....which is why most of these subjects went free after the trial. I don't subscribe to our All-American-Gun-Ho mentality. USA gives me the right to think freely.
