If you're not Entertainment Tonight, Inside Edition, AP, Reuters, Access Hollywood then you're at the mercy of the publicist or the celebrity..so you have to find some kind a niche to get their attention....See what the chances are esp if you're next to the last outlet waiting for a celebrity to talk to you....
