Who was the one person to dislike this ??? They must have been expecting some death metal or something to react negatively to this . This band is sooo visonary it makes me want more and more .

@Emporerofkortoph Van der Graaf Generator is simply the best. Genesis (the Peter Gabriel era), Gentle Giant, Jethro Tull (especially their Thick as a brick song/album), Pink Floyd, Marillion, Yes are some of the best progressive rock bands out there. Check out ProgArchives too. They will help a lot and they have reviews of almost every single prog rock band out there! It really is fantastic!

And check out some of the newer prog bands; The Mars Volta, Tool, Dream Theater, Opeth, Porcupine Tree, Tesseract, Protest the Hero...DEFINITELY check out the Mars Volta; they're an amazing band (I may be biased as they're my favourite but Day of the Baphomets and L'via L'viaquez may change your life) and they're very influenced by King Crimson.

@MsBitsay I first heard this just as i started to roll on a mushroom trip...25 years on i still find the greatest difficulty expressing in words where this track took me...possibly better then being born....a truly beautiful experience the Crimson King's Court...so glad i got to go there. Lovely lovely lovely..................
