Monster hunter tri seems to be an awesome game. But all the graphic clipping issues mentioned on the review are really ugly. It makes the game unplayable for me.

Basically this guy couldn't be assed to put in any effort into the game and get past the slow start, agreed, the storyline was simple, but tbh monster hunter isn't about fancy storylines and amazing graphics, it's about hard fucking work to get to the top of the food chain. If that was his gameplay, he complained about combos and combat feeling clunky but he CLEARLY did not even TRY and learn the heavy weapons he was using. i.e. the slamming of the GS into the ground, and just waiting, as if tryyying to prove a point and just smashing the hammer into an enemy with a single strike...
If he gave this a 7/10 based on what he thinks the game is, imagine what he'd give if he had experienced the rest of the game.
You have to play the game longer to actually understand it.
MH3 is by far one of the best games on Wii. It revolves around strategy and teamwork and one of the few Wii Games which actually require skill to play.
My favourite music track in this one has got to be Jho's. The score is epic in this, as long as you arent chicken and pick on the poor animals and fight a real monster. Also, anyone else notice that all game footage was of a girl? Seems like someone has mistaken their gender!
But this is by far one of the best games for the Wii, but dont play it if you have less than 10 hours(like Chris Lockey here), takes good 100 hours+ to really get beyond the surface of this game.

I'll admit, tri has it's flaws, but lack of adventure and lack of music are not part of those flaws. If you play further into the game (By which I mean more than an hour) you'll find that every boss has a unique and interesting theme, with all sorts of powerful and crazy attacks that will keep you constantly on edge.
I'm frankly glad I played this game without looking at reviews. Because the game is far better than this review states. The musical score is amazing, the controls are perfect and the sheer fact that you MAYBE only did the first list of quests; second at a push, just tells me you were just not willing to give the game any semblance of chance.

Issues with the review aside, this video is poorly composed. Do we really need to see a bunch of clips where you completely miss with your attacks? And except for the few seconds of the barroth fight, all the gameplay is from the tutorial type quests; not representative of the game at all.

You also failed to mention the exclusion of some weapons and the inclusion of Switch Axes. Very poor review!
You should have played through more before making a review. A few problems I saw was that: You didn't mention the other weapon types Switch Axe and Long Sword, which is something you get the more you progress through the game and that there is a lot more music than you mentioned. When you go against the "Boss" monsters there is actually a good bit of music playing. The review is also very negative so I don't believe he really delved into it as much as he could have.

Claims to be a review of a video game. Obviously the "reviewer" did not play the game. Almost every statment is either entirely based on lies or just outright false. Basically this guy couldn't be assed to put in any effort into the game and get past the slow start, agreed, the storyline was simple, but tbh monster hunter isn't about fancy storylines and amazing graphics, it's about hard fucking work to get to the top of the food chain. If that was his gameplay, he complained about combos and combat feeling clunky but he CLEARLY did not even TRY and learn the heavy weapons he was using. i.e. the slamming of the GS into the ground, and just waiting, as if tryyying to prove a point and just smashing the hammer into an enemy with a single strike...
If he gave this a 7/10 based on what he thinks the game is, imagine what he'd give if he had experienced the rest of the game.

MH3 is by far one of the best games on Wii. It revolves around strategy and teamwork and one of the few Wii Games which actually require skill to play.

My favourite music track in this one has got to be Jho's. The score is epic in this, as long as you arent chicken and pick on the poor animals and fight a real monster. Also, anyone else notice that all game footage was of a girl? Seems like someone has mistaken their gender!
But this is by far one of the best games for the Wii, but dont play it if you have less than 10 hours(like Chris Lockey here), takes good 100 hours+ to really get beyond the surface of this game.

I'll admit, tri has it's flaws, but lack of adventure and lack of music are not part of those flaws. If you play further into the game (By which I mean more than an hour) you'll find that every boss has a unique and interesting theme, with all sorts of powerful and crazy attacks that will keep you constantly on edge.

I'm frankly glad I played this game without looking at reviews. Because the game is far better than this review states. The musical score is amazing, the controls are perfect and the sheer fact that you MAYBE only did the first list of quests; second at a push, just tells me you were just not willing to give the game any semblance of chance.
MH pre-dates Fable, as has been stated, there's 7 weapon types not only 5 and its NOTHING like Pokemon. Actually, did you even play the game?

Issues with the review aside, this video is poorly composed. Do we really need to see a bunch of clips where you completely miss with your attacks? And except for the few seconds of the barroth fight, all the gameplay is from the tutorial type quests; not representative of the game at all.

Do you really believe that low level minions deserve they're own music? You're the sort of person I'd help only once and just leave because your lack of skill is wasting my High rank time. You also failed to mention the exclusion of some weapons and the inclusion of Switch Axes. Very poor review!

You should have played through more before making a review. A few problems I saw was that: You didn't mention the other weapon types Switch Axe and Long Sword, which is something you get the more you progress through the game and that there is a lot more music than you mentioned. When you go against the "Boss" monsters there is actually a good bit of music playing. The review is also very negative so I don't believe he really delved into it as much as he could have.

Also the game can get repetitive but that tends to happen with ALL games when you think about it. An argument in this one that is is not repetitive is that their are always new weapons, armors, and skills to try, mix and find ideal combinations with. Even you have a perfect load out for one monster, it may turn out to be a nightmare for another. Not a single clip from the "review" shows you having played more than 3 hours into the game. If you're going to review a game with an average playtime of 70+ hours, at least pass the tutorial.
You say theres 5 weapon types? Theres 7, and the bowgun varies so much its split into 3 weight categories.
