Maybe it sounds stupid but, I don't have that eraser tool..

Only one with a scissor.. And I really do have version CS5 of photoshop ;p

@AnouckAimee1 Maybe you messed up a little the program. Restore to default settings and you will be fine :)

Any DSLR has this... its not something u can enable... its always there depending on your lens. Its like your eye, put your finger in front of you face and focus on it, the background is now blurry.
