  • Like Linda said! Pitbulls are usualy vicious depending on how the OWNERS treat 'em! Linda would never give them away if they were to attack people!

  • There's a belief that I have......Bad Dog = Bad Owner. If the dog is mean and vicious and prone to attack,....it's because the owner is not raising them right. I've come across pit bulls, rottwiellers, german sheppards who have really good tempers and just love people. That to me is the sign of a good owner.

  • I am terrified of Pirr Bulls and Staffs. I was attacked by a pitt off the lead in the park. My leg swelled up like a balloon from the bite and I couldnt feel my leg. It is true Pitts are more dangerous than any other dog and there needs to be an immediate ban on the illegal ruthless breeders who have no interest in the dogs. It is down to the owner. I do also believe if a dog is loved than it will be a safe dog to be around but unfortunately most pitt bull owners are thugs.

  • @jun7per So, blame the dog because the Thug bought it ?? I have been attacked by a GS and I don't wish death upon all Gs dogs . I blame the Owner - for that dog was NOT leashed in a Leashed City . Why blame a DOG for what the OWNER is suppose to do . All dogs can be dangerous ! Take away all Pits and that THUG will just Create more - because you never solved the Problem .

  • Linda, you are an absolute inspiration. I wish there were more people in this world with your kind and loving heart! So sorry to hear about Sunny...Its so heartwrenching losing our companions because they become like our very own kids. I myself lost my companion of 8 years a few months back...my Scrappy Boy :(

God Bless you for what you do for the animals. Much love always from your most devoted fan :)

Pit Bulls are not mena..they're trained

to be mean. Let's hope and pray that these

dogs are not going be exploited,

abused and be victims of bigotry

    any more.

  • My Best friend owns a pit Bull named "Ready" she is one of the sweetest dogs I have ever saw. The only thing bad about Ready that I can think of is: SHE EATS ALOT lol.

  • In the US, there are aproximately 5.3 million Pit Bulls. On average every year, 3 people are killed by Pit Bulls. 440,000 are killed by cars, 2000 children die from abuse or neglect from their own parents or guardians.
