In a way, I think that it's good that she's not being overworked and that she actually has a role in making the company's decisions. You guys noticed that the male dancer in the hat that she dances with is the lead in the remake of "Footloose"!? I saw that movie tonight (awesome btw) and I swear I thought he looked vaguely familiar but I couldn't pin-point where I knew him from. So I found out through wikipedia! He also choreographed "Mirotic" and "Mr. Simple"! Seems like he's a K-pop fan. Awesome!

She did everything right- the lyrics were solid and not awkward like everyone else (including, unfortunately, Hikaru Utada), the music was on par with current US trends, and the production values are VERY high. She needs to sign with a US label- trying to stay with her korean one in the US will NOT cut it if she wants to get herself out there. I really hope when her contract expires that she'll renegotiate so she'll be free on US turf to start again!

A korean label with no one but one artist and zero connections in a brand new country doesn't benefit an artist AT ALL. It was a poor choice for them to force her to come over with them- she should have come over on her own. That's not 'hating', that's just simple common sense in wanting an artist to succeed.
