I've noticed that male cockatiels like to have their angry moments where they let off some steam for no apparent reason. After that they're usually happy as a sand boy.
i dont know what set Cracker off. It didn't have anything to do with his mirror. He loves that thing. Sometimes when Phillip (the parakeet) messes with him, he gets frustrated and takes it out on that string toy.

Your cockatiel's cage looks almost exactly like my brother's. Do mirrors send cockatiels fruity like they sometimes do with budgerigars?
