@swollen4ever i agree with what you said about training hard. there are NO shortcuts to affective weight-training. food supplements do just that, 'supplement' your training regimen - you still have to work hard for results. i however disagree with you on anabolic steroids, you seem to brush them off as an 'acceptable' form of training - i differ. roids have adverse effects on the body and im sure as an athlete you know what those are no need to repeat them here.
