why is the nylon polypropylene brush modified with a big generic looking chunk missing on the top side of it. and your still using steam (hot water extraction). steam is a good way to go back once every three months and get the customer real good. i did not use to have any morals and ripped off a lot of people with steam. we would laugh at them as we left the house(got another sucker). now i have morals and i know its wrong that is why i use circular dry foam.

I run a truckmounted Hydramaster system and i believe that there is no better or efficient method of cleaning carpets. However, each to his own. What we need to realise is that whilst 'pre-spray, agitate, dwell etc' may be taught by the main education bodies in carpet cleaning in the UK, there ideas are out of date, out of touch and aim at bad business practice. Do what you need to do to make money, whilst doing a good job. This is 2009 so moving on to more modern ideas would help you.
