Must complete The Hunt For Surok quest and then it is only every 24 hours to kill him. So if you kill him at 5pm then you can kill him again the next day at 5pm or later.

i believe the wrench gives you a prayer bonus when you have it in your inventory.i dont really remember but thats what i've heard

You need to do the "as a first resort" quest to be able to use the spa in the oo'glog village.

The spa raise's hp,prayer,hunting also makes you have unlimited run energy for a period of time based on your agilty lvl i think, and the last one is you can go into godwars and no bandos followers will attack you.

The best way to get there is to charter a ship.
