Did you also change the permissions on the amazon app store? If you did, what happen?

Works great!! Thank you! Just need to do a power cycle after you complete the permission checks on the new android market in your sys folder

I have tried several times to get this to work on my CruzT408. I follow all the steps up to updating the market but I get an error that says the application is not installed. Any suggestions?

@blackberryuser001 - The Only way I know to UNROOT would be to download the Firmware from Velocity Micro and reflash your tablet. The other thing you could try is

use root explorer and change the permissions on the gingerbreak app.

@xWILLKILLx - Some people say you can use Titanium Backup and replace the old market with the new one, but the only knowledge I have is what I posted in this video.
