As for all we know, the IAD did break the 300mph land speed barrier. However, you need to look up the definition of "Production Car". The IAD Land Shark Is Merely a (POTOTYPE) still. And when it broke the 300mph mark it was an unofficial record, because they only clocked it over 300 mph once that day. It has to do it twice in the same day to be official!
