@nancyl2 The chakras are areas of concentrated energy where the psychic energy becomes biological energy. Our emotional and mental health affects our physical health by acting on the endocrine system (our glands). Each chakra correlates with a gland. Our glands produce chemicals (hormones) that regulate the function of our organs and tissue.

So I can see you're christen. I have a question. How can you believe in god? What proof exists that there is a God? Isn't believing in God the same as believing in Santa Clause?

Actually I'm not a Christian. I am not of any religion.

If you were to watch some more of my videos you would see that what I call God is all life, everywhere, without distinction or separation. It is different from many definitions of "God".
