America Has made some amazing movies The Godfather, The Shawshank Redemption, Forrest Gump, Schindler's List, Goodfellas, Platoon, Apocalypse Now just to name a few so don't throw American cinema under the bus. It would be like if I said all European movies were like The Human Centipede or Spice World we should judge a film based on how good it is, not where it's from.

  • We man can create such weapons and well fuck I hard to surprise in this day and age

  • 28 days later was incredible. I wouldn't call Pearl Harbor an art film. Sure, the cinematography was beautfiul and "artsy", but it wasn't an art film. It was a summer blockbuster flop, with bad acting, way too long, and over-dramatic.

  • this makes we want to do stuff

  • I actually thought these movies were very well thought out. A break from the zombie bandwagon.

But then I Am Legend came out and blew all those out of the water.

  • i loled when the soldier in the house was running away from the infected.

  • When I hear this song i think of lost and forgotten dreams floating around in space... And a landscape with mountains and a dark but yet bright sky with huge planets in the sky in many colours. I love this song!

  • 5 people have been infected......

  • Some guys need hobbys... this here is about the soundtrack and not about the movie... go to the trailer or to a other video to talk about how bad the movie is -.- i don't know why it's so cool to say "ahhh, shit movie, resident evil is better and i am 14, yeahhh" and bla bla... sorry for my bad english... peace

  • i almost cried the first time i saw the 1 movie, the music and the dudes parents it just rattled my emotions

  • they really should have done more with this

  • wish there was a longer version of this

  • 28 days later was art. it contrasted the sickening human nature that we all carry deep down inside, and if we choose to fight it or sub come to it.

28 weeks later was about how we fight to survive, against all odds. Were not trying to resist death, we just wont let go of life.

The message between them is. Why do we live against this hellish world? We live for the egotistical self or for the ones we love.

  • 28 days later was an amazing film! 28 weeks later was a pecie of shit film, i coudnt even finish it

  • @XXcatbones boooooo

  • When i listen to this i imagine myself at the fairground on the carousel going round and round in slow motion theres a big crowd of people laughing and talking but i can't hear them only the music...blahh i'm tired

  • @MuzicalSoul1 When I listen to this I imagine that girl at the fairground. happy. carefree. pretty. everyone loves her. and she is having a great time! yeah!

BUT IM IN THE SHADOWS. I'M THERE. I'M BREATHING FAST NOW. FAST. BECAUSE I WANT HER. SHE IS MINE. FOR ME. FOR ONLY ME. AND I WILL TAKE HER.

  • @kdreamland lmao

  • never mind, i guess the song is only that long.

  • the english produce such meaningful movies. we american used to make such great works but our minds became corrupt with greed, we no longer see the art that lies before us.

however, its stupid you only got 50 seconds of this song.

  • @Byaaaaaaaa. But we don't.......

  • QQ when the dad died.

  • hey were did u get the pic ?

  • I didnt like 28 weeks later much, i thought 28 days later was a better movie, but thats just me. Im sure other people liked both a lot. (Not saying it was a bad movie)

  • This song is good yet eerie due to the fact that selena and hannah were about to be raped in red dresses

  • American movies are better when to comes action, explosions, and special effects. They have "Hollywood" and "big budget" printed all over them.

European movies are more about realism and emotion. They're often darkly humorous and satirical, I find (one of the reasons I love them so <3).

  • Agreed wholeheartedly, there need to be more movies like this one :P

  • okay, even though i am american i would have to agree with you....to a point. you can't say that all american movies are hollywood type. take wes anderson's films for example.

  • @gigglexsnort

You are confusing "Big Budget" to mean "American", and that's wrong. There are plenty of soulful movies made by American directors/studios, and the same goes for big budget European movies... There just happens to be less of the latter, since the industry is bigger here.

Also, there are some movies that I think work on a big budget level. Avatar was awesome, even though it felt like a Disney movie... Which isn't always a bad thing.

  • @MuramasaMike It was basically a copy of Pochahontas. (Sorry if my spelling is off.)

  • @gigglexsnort, yeah I agree, I mean its a generalization, but European directors tend to care more about style. Man Danny Boyle creates some incredible visuals

  • @gigglexsnort ......we can be dark and realistic .........naaa tho movies are boring i love things that go boom!

  • @gigglexsnort Nail on the head.

  • @gigglexsnort ... i get what you mean and your mostly right about that but i do think it mostly depends on the writers/directors.. not just nationality...

  • @gigglexsnort Yes totally, because "Hollywood" makes all of american movies and is no way involved in european or foreign makes at all. people like you make me want to bang my head against a wall.

  • ......Well.... 28 days later are more more scary from rensident evil (sorry for my bad english) but this song is relaxed me... :)

  • this song = infintite loop in my head :-P

  • sounds like you have a nuke up your ass you might want to take care of 1st.

    =GJH=

  • syntheticopasetik = win lol

  • Tbh I think American movies are generally too Hollywood, never really as realistic as European movies.

  • im canadian, and i hate how people subject a group of crapy ass movies with the rest, du, hollywood is fucked up, but grouping every american film or film maker is like me saying every english person eat tea and bisquits every day, its just stereo typical bullshit- and i hate stereo types

  • British people do eat tea and biscuits every day.... every single one of them

  • And Americans drink coffee and eat McDonalds everyday (Y)

  • most do but its not like a ritual, its just how we were brought up

  • ha yes good point

  • theres always exceptions.

  • @WeWillNotGoQuietly so you think a deadly virus that turns you into a "zombie" is more realistic?

  • @tuanr1 than a planet full of blue people who have harnessed the power of telepathy and riding dragons? Or about a million different comic book heroes? Probably.

  • hi there!!

    this song its just perfect

    i love it!!

man i love this song is so relaxing when u heard it

thanks man i didint now the title song!!

and 28 days later was my first movie about infecteds and zombies i think i was 8 years old when i saw it i really dont remember i think i was 12 now i got 16 and i love the Z movies because 28 days later its a cool feeling hear these again thanks bro!!

  • I love how often Youtube becoms America Vs another country.

Can't we just accept the fact there are action movie lovers in euro and USA and art lovers in USA and Euro?

  • great movie both days and weeks and i absoloutely love the soundtrack

  • Vladey14 ur half right half wrong. Dump americans want adrenaline and all that more civilized people like europeans and other like art movies.

  • Ever been to America? You are a classic example of "Did not do the research"

  • kinda sad that when your dishing out on people for being stupid that you cand even spell dumb right.

  • Ha ! Every world war and major conflict started in Europe, even way before America was discovered.

  • People say that 28 days later and 28 weeks later where terrible horror films but they are wrong. Both movies were intended to be art films, not horror movies. thats why people dont like them.

Its the same with pear harbor. Its not an action movies. Its and art film.

Very few people like art films because they break the rules of entertainment. Art films make you think and bring up emotions. Human Emotions. People dont like that. They just want adrenaline given by action and horror films.

  • sure...

Maybe you never really saw an art film...

28 days later and 28 weeks later are just simple but entertaining horror movies.

And pearl harbor? WTF? no comment on this bulls***.

Danny Boyle's "trainspotting" or "sunshine", were two movies, where entertaining industrie met Boyle's art. they have a few scenes, which you could consider as art...

you should watch some REAL art movies...

  • are you serious? I have to watch art films? I've been to Cannes Film Festival in France, London's Film Festival, and Karlovy Vary International Film Festival of the Czech Republic. Not to mention that any film with music from James newton Howard, Philip Glass, James Horner, Hans Zimmer, and John Williams, I would consider art films.

btw... Those where art films. I'm in the business. Boss meets directors and sends the news to me over lunch.

  • lucky, that I don't have to let me tell by you, what I have to take for art...

I agree with the music of Howard, Glass, Horner and Williams. (Not Zimmer, it sounds like, he's doing the same music over and over again...)

But a good score is not the only part of a good movie. It takes more for a movie, to be art.

And I still don't agree with that pearl harbor thing. it's a terrible shitti movie!

Even if "Boss meets...", you are not the one to tell, what's art and what's not...

  • i recommend "Holy Mountain"...

i am serious about you watching it, i think you may like it. from hearing how you speak of art in movies such as 28 days later, it's a subtle style, but the detail is in the quality of the cameras they used, to vivid contrasts between blood and shadow, flesh and highlights.

  • i agree they were some of the best movies ive ever seen

  • Comment removed

  • They are not art films, they are pure horror and fantastic at that and nobody hated them.....pearl harbour is horseshit(if you want a good pearl harbour film watch tora tora tora !, were you trippin when you made those comments ?

  • @Vladey14

Putting 28 Days Later on par with Pearl Harbor is dangerous territory man...

  • @Vladey14 People don't like it? Where? But, I did only cry in Weeks.

  • @Vladey14 28 Days Later was artistic. 28 Weeks was horror schlock.

  • @Vladey14 u are so right. Although all my friends did like both movies.

  • @Vladey14 Couldn't have said it better myself.

  • @Vladey14 I would Consider 28 days later a zombie film one of the ones that really stood out to me from the others

  • @Vladey14 Who said that these were bad movies? I havent heard anyone say they hated these movies at all! I refuse to believe that and will assume you said that just to get thumbs up cuz theres NO WAY anyone could hate the "28" series! My favorite "zombie" (infected outbreak survival) movie.

I cant wait for 28 months later!

  • @Vladey14 Wow, you are a freaking morn. Pearl Harbor is an action movie. People didn't like it because it is BAD. 28 days later and its sequel are horror movies. while I agree that they do discuss deeper issues than other films, they are not "art films" wtf is that? seriously. Learn a bit about cinema before you say moronic things on the internet.

  • @Vladey14 you forgott the l in pearl harbor

  • @Vladey14 after 4 years you just made me realize why i love this movie so much! thanks lol

  • @Vladey14 Well, 28 weeks later is the biggest disgrace ever. But 28 Days Later was and still is one of the best damn films I have ever seen. As for pearl harbor....not really and art film.

  • @Vladey14

Nobody said that 28 days later was horrible.

It got plenty of awards for best in many genres.

I know you made this comment 2 years ago but I feel the need to ask you wtf you're talking about

  • @Vladey14 28 days was incredible, but weeks sucked in comparison.

  • @Vladey14 How did Vladey get 124 thumbs for that misguided tirade? 'Days' was an epic film and I put it in my top 3 most enjoyable films, personally. 'Weeks' was weak, and isn't worth mentioning.

Pearl Harbor? An art film? 124 people agreed to that? Pearl Harbor was nothing but a flat big-budget hollywood turd directed by a turd-churning Mr. Bay.

I feel sorry for Vladey14. 'Must have been getting a steady stream of WTF-mail for the last 2 years.

  • @doubleKlutch weeks is fuckin great ya twat

  • @soundskeeperwillie Well put. You've convinced me. No one could possibly argue against that logic.

  • @doubleKlutch haha thanks course they couldn't, simple but effective haha at the end of the day its differnt horses for different courses i really enjoyed both films

  • @Vladey14 but both movies got action, @DaylanDeAngelo agreed, 28 weeks later missed the zombie genre imo art film? its some kind of art creating an atmosphere by camera and sound settings etc. but i wouldnt call it an art film -.- ,its not breaking many rules of entertainment, not more than many other films, and the reason is to create special atmospheres etc. so actually every film is some kind of art lol what im talking here for a shit

  • @Vladey14 Who in their right mind doesn't like them? They're so effective: they make you feel so alone, and its not like they're just making it up as they go along with pointless events, everything ties in and is realistic. I for one think the two films (the original most) are some of the best zombie/horror movies ever made... Just my opinion!

  • @Vladey14 If i remember correctly people hated Pearl Harbor because of the romance sequences and the shitty dialogue.

  • @Vladey14 an arty film hahahaha amazing ill bet my bottom dollor they had a film crew the size of any other, what rules where broken in this film ?

  • @Vladey14 28 days later is a masterpiece 28 weeks later is an american piece of shit!

  • It makes me sad that this is only 49 seconds long, it's such a beautiful melody.

  • Sounds very pretty.

  • russia. It has 1 trailer out atm which featurs a russian soldier being chased by 4 infected and a saber gunship flying overhead. Danny actually funded 28 weeks later and uve just been smoked.

  • what about i am ledgend i could watch that movie over and over all day and not get board

  • 28 days was the best zombie movie ever,

and i think 28 weeks is just to underrated, it really wasnt that bad at all, it was more splatter and more action, and it was much darker then the first movie

  • oh yes, extinction, was a great movie in my opinion ;)

  • who carea about plot holes its just a movie.

28 weeks was an amazing sequal its better thn most movie sequals.

The resident evil movie series is rubbish tho because it doesnt follow the same storyline, protagonist wasnt a resident evil character and it didnt have the eerie feeling of the resident evil games thatmade the games amazing.

  • And maybe if you stopped being a faggot you would see that justcause u dont like it doesnt mate it shit atall. it just means you have shit taste in films mate.

It was one of the besy sequals in a long time and that might aswell be a fact so if you dont go fuck your sister instead of watchin it ya inbred.

  • call me "faggot" and "inbred" a few more times and maybe it will slightly motivate me to see past your stupidity and immaturity and give you a serious response to your failed attempt at defending your opinion. btw none of these people have given a valid answer to my questions from before :/

  • Crims go fuck urself sideways, look how many thumbs down uve got.28 weeks later is a great movie. And the door needed a keypad code from the outside not the inside, the inside just had a button. Pay attention and Res evil extinction is amazing. I am the biggest fan EVER of 18 days+weeks later i know like everything about it. Trust me, the next 28 film is out this year (date to be confirmed but danny has given hints of it being this year) It is set in moscow,

  • I've seen the scene five times, it is a keypad. Why would you put someone CONTAINMENT room and put a button on the wall to open the door... but anyways I do hope they will redeem with the next film and i'm looking forward to it. Resident evil films were good until extinction where they tried to do too much to quickly and killed off one of the biggest characters in the RE universe (Wesker) in a 2 minute fight. And the monster they made him to be looked absolutely cheese-tacculur. haha

  • lol ive just realised after watching it again. it is but i noticed he left the door open slightly.

  • Anyone know where I can find the song where the girl is like in the dress and Jim comes and kisses her.... the song is before he comes in... I NEED it to survive the rest of my life...

  • Itunes bro. The song is only 99 cents. It's called, "In the House - In a Heartbeat".

  • any1 know wut instruments to play to best imiitate this sound??

  • this is just...beautiful...

  • if they're gonna make 28 months later, they better let danny boyle direct it

weeks just didn't seem right for some reason because of danny not directing and besides, danny boyle = kick ass movie

  • 28 weeks didn't seem right also because Alex Garland didn't write it

But at least there's no happy ending in 28 weeks, as there was in 28 days

In 28 days' original script, Jim dies in the end and Boyle changed that

  • arn't they doin another one?

    28 months later or something.

wait i shouldn't have said that, now they'll use it.

i better copy right it, QUICK!!

  • They are doing another one, and its called 28 months later.

  • no its not....

  • I don't remember hearing this in the film. was this rack even used in the film?

  • This song is only played for a brief few seconds as Hannah runs off alone while high on the pain killers Selena gave her.

  • 28days soundrack wudnt mind it bein the soundtrack to my life LOVE it

  • Whenever I hear this, I immediately recall where it is played in the film as Hannah is running through the halls in the shadows & light searching for an escape. A beautiful, albeit short piece for an intense scene.

  • i have disagree with you

if you think that's strange, you should listen to the music for the film children of men

  • It is very beautiful but songs like theys used properly makes great movies. Dosn't matter what kind Romantic, Action, comedy, Horror. I love 28 days later. It was one of my younger day fav movies. And the music was one of the reasons why the movie was soo great!

  • But part of what makes it such a horrifying movie is that there are beautiful scenes. A horror film that is all bleak with no glimmer of hope - even unrealistic hope - is just ineffective. You need to have the sense that something important can be - or has been - lost, in order to care about what is happening onscreen, and to appreciate the desolation 28 Days/Weeks so exudes.

  • yeah i think you are mixing it up

  • ta muzyka jest perfekt kozak nad kozaki szacuneczek dla chłopaka od biciwa

  • This is so beautiful,I wish it was longer!

  • they're going to make a 28 Months later.

    Think its written on Wiki

  • wikipedia is stupid honostly, anyone can edit that you know? if u look it up actually there is not going to be a 28 months later

  • did you know that Wikipedia is payed to give the right informations whille the false ones get removed?

There are two types of people in there. The members that helps you and the sabotage morons that only likes to mess with people.

  • actually, i checked on IMDB

and there's no 28 months later

  • well thats a pity

  • all that means is that they havnt started yet, the director is talking about making it now

  • on IMDB, they list the movies haven't started yet as "pre-production" but I don't see that when i search 28 months later

  • is the director Danny Boyle or the person who made 28 Weeks Later. If it's the 28 weeks later guy he better not put any annoying kids in it!

  • or ugly kids, Imogen Poots is hot, but the kid that played Andy...ehh, he had a forehead as big as a football

  • either way, the children should've died and the dad should've lived

  • I was really surprised tht robert carlyle became an infected lol

  • i was upset

  • haha lol

  • its posted on bloody disgusting

  • cool

  • Im confused.Dont call me a complete idiot but is 28 Weeks Later AND 28 days later the same movie?!

  • no 28 weeks later is the sequel to 28 days later

  • Ooooooh.Thanks

  • whoops I meant to put while not why

  • I would love to have an out of body experience why hearing this song

  • idk but it sounds the same

  • i love this song my favorite on 28 day later

  • Flotating down sparkling river or getting eaten by zombies? MMhhhhmmm

  • damn now this is what i call music my friends - just give me a battery powered cd player. and put me on that perfect cliff that overlooks the city. so i can relax with my girl.

  • 49 secs, shit, why not longer^^

    this song is nice

  • This songs sort of Relaxing/soothing ...Cool

  • this song apears in a very strange scene

when hana is running throught a very dark hall but it's mixed un with the in the house in a heartbeat

  • it reminds me of an older england, before the outbreak. Seeing that its a british film and all. it sounds somewhat like it should be in the 1800s.

  • The film being set in Britain just gives it that strange feel.. Probably only if you live in Britain though, I Don't really know what it is, But it is Good anyway!

  • oh i remember this song! it only played for like to seconds or whatever, but it was in the end when jim was a bout to go on his rampage at the army house. Hannah and selena go up some stairs and hannah just walks off down a hallway in her red dress and that music plays.

  • Can't remember when this song is in the movie? :/

  • the song is in the movie when the little girl is going to the room with mirrors and then the zombie comes and she has to hide from the zombie from behind the mirror. selena and th girl r wearing red dresses to thats why the song is called red dresses. :)

  • yeah, I know. But that song is called "In the House - In a Heartbeat" when the girl is hidding behind the mirror :P

  • hes talking about in 28 days

  • lawl that is 28 days!

  • he just explianed that the son is called red dresses they were wereing red dresses thats why its caled red dresses

  • Yeah, I know!

But WHEN is it played in the movie?? That's what I'm asking.

  • well, you can hear it in the film for like 5 seconds

you hear this song when Hannah is walking to the bathroom to hide from the infected dude

PLEASE TAKE NOTE, I SAID IT PLAYS WHEN SHE'S WALKING TO THE BATHRROM, NOT WHEN SHE'S ALREADY IN THE BATHROOM

    people always get that confused

  • okay, thanks for the hint. I never noticed that :)

  • this is one of the most perfect and beautiful songs i have ever heard for a film i think its sad and happy at the same time it will go into my favorite category of movie soundtrack music along with the locket song from "for a few dollars more"

  • nice

  • Amazing how desolate this seemed in film - but now it just sounds, bubbly.

  • and hwta genere is 28 days later exactly? not what your thinking

  • Its from 28 weeks later, (spoiler alert)

In the end, when the by who carries the virus gets over the channel, you see some infected ones running about at the eifel tower :P

  • boy*

  • Uhhh, doesn't match the genre lol.

  • I'm feel like I'm floating when I hear this...

  • Get high and listen to it. See how u feel when u try that :P
