I have Vampire Burns and I didn't find him particularly overpowered as an AI at least. I've heard he has a tendency to fly at low health making him hard to hit, but I've never witnessed anything like this myself (unless he only does it on Hard?)

Sí, ésta es la sorpresa, lo quería lanzar para halloween, debido a que es un char de un especial de esa fecha, y sí ocupé de base a Jedah de kong, con su aprobación, por eso lo hice más rápido, de hecho ya lo terminé, sólo me falta añadirle unos audios.

Es mi ultimo char, pero de momento, ya que ahora estoy haciendo otro. :)
