  • Instead of wasting so much time making the jerk marinade just go into Walmart and but Walkers Jamaican Jerk wet seasoning. Walkers is directly from Jamaica and it's one of the best jerk brands ever!

  • ... Am I in speical Ed? Today we're making Jamaican Chicken Wings.... you'll need... chicken wings.... NO SHIT!!!

  • Put the rest of the ingredients with the chicken and mushrooms.. the paprika and onions. Wok it a few times untill the chicken and rest is coocked through. After that throw in the milk with soja sauce.. throw 2 or 3 eggs with it and some extra salt, let it coock dry.. with the curry rice.. tastes great!

  • Try this.. Marinade chicken filé with salt, pepper, garlic and 'italian' spices. Put them in your fridge for 4 hours. Chop some champignon mushroom, onion and (yellow, red) paprika. Next to this take a glass and mix it with milk and soja saus. Heat up a pan with butter. Put in the mushroom spread it with paprika and curry pouder (mushrooms are sponges) right after that put in the chicken. Have some boiled water, put in the rice and a tea spoon of curry pouder. (1)

  • i would strongly reccomend that you try scotch bonnett pepper instead of the habanero peppers

  • Okay I'm Jamaican and definitely don't use soy sauce in jerk chicken...and ginger is optional....and we NEVER use a blender ahhh man.

  • @chinikumhai A way to know you have the right recipe if the ingridients has listed Orange Juice in it. People have their own take on it, for example this guy added ginger which was apart of the original recipe. But the good thing is majority of therecipe is accurate. Shockingly all the recipes i see on youtube i've tried and they taste the same but except the original has a slightly better flavor , so yea it doesnt really matter the other versions taste 90% like the original.

The recipe is great, but why don't you try getting someone who sounds like they don't want to hang themselves after shooting up a school to do the talkin. food for thought.
