Although I would like to see more, the fact that it ended when it did means it will stay great and not get drawn out and have the story line deteriorate. Plus it ended season 2 with a pretty conclusive ending, nobody is really left hanging.

That's what drew me to the 2hour premiere because I was craving LOTR and then this aussie dude comes up, getting co-signed by LucyLawless ( I was never a Xena fan but it just lookes SOOO interesting!) I was hooked @ first showing and the idea of DVRing the episodes so I could re-visit them as often as I liked was a no brainer! I must've seen the 1st hours of LOTS like 15times (no exaggeration) before we even got a 3rd episode. I WAS TOTALLY HOOKED FROM JUMP

This is the best show I've ever seen on tv! I hope they continue with another season! I am a fan of the books but, this is a great show if they leave anything out from the books I really don't care as long as the story stays true to the books the rest of the way. Because I can always read the books again but, I cant watch the show or buy the seasons on DVD or Bluray if they dont have the whole series! They should keep doing the series they are really good in my opinion!

If you have Netflix, you can watch all of Season 1 and all that's out of Season 2, and then every week the new Season 2 episodes go up as they've aired. I just found this series through recommends for me on Netflix and spent a week and a half devoted to getting up to date and ready for the rest of Season 2. I LOVE this show, I was hooked after episode 1! I pray they do a Season 3, maybe SyFy will pick it up and save it. TV needs series like LoTS!
