  • If we all reach this state we live like the movie Avatar :)

It really is like the question: What do you do in the sea?

    "swimming mister."

Right... but you dont chase all the fish that lives in the sea with the intention to catch them right?

"they are to fast and there are to many fish mister."

Well so it is with thoughts... Let them swim because you wont catch them either!! Think about it!

    :)

  • So far, I have received peace and love only by listening to Adyashanti and Eckhart. they are just great!

  • Steve Gray peddles platitudes and plagerism. Qoting DeMello, and Jesus while charging premium prices is just plain theft. Adyashanti is a tax cheating Fakir

  • he's so great, so funny!

  • So true...

  • Yes but isn't it the process of re-arranging the garden a form of meditation ?

  • i saw one video of this guy.i was instantly healed...i stopped all the drama of truth seeking THANKS Adyashanti...true master

  • Have nothing to do? Want some entertainment? Try meditation: it's better then sitting around doing nothing. *laughs*

  • nice video..orgonite will help you become enlightened try it and see people

  • i feel adyashanti 100%...love

  • i like adyashanti!

  • wow, are'nt these wonderful posts!

  • It's all very well to have "deep appreciation for what is" [3:18/5:11]. To appreciate "what is", however, you need to KNOW "what is".

    So what is?

Whatever you recognise as existent is a product of your own thinking -- dividing "existence" into this and that is what thinking is all about. And so by appreciating what you recognise as existent you are actually worshipping yourself.

While that may feel good (and work well as a behavioral therapy) it is no different from what everyone else does.

  • Enlightened beings who see all nondualistically are still able to differentiate between various forms.

One on the path to enlightenment may possibly benefit from appreciating all that arises so as to reduce the duality of aversion/greed. Its a step above wishing things were different or only appreciating specific things.

  • @scrubks appreciating does not equal worshipping.

  • les send eachother energy

  • Nice to run across someone who truly has some genuine understanding.

  • Nice to come across a site that doesn`t have the rantings of the fundamentalist Christians either!

  • Video is very therapeutic. Thanks.

  • Do you want to hear lots more Adyashanti for free? Click the "(more)" button in the description section in the right-top hand corner of this page and you will see different links in blue. I personally enjoy the cd's that I have made from downloading these audio samples. Enjoy...

  • My directions weren't as good as I thought they were. The description box for THIS video is to the immediate right of the video that is playing. It has the "date added", "subscribe to", and then below that is the "(more)" button. Much love.

  • "I" am glad for every moment of my exsistence

  • Adyashanti teaches that we are all beautiful by engaging with his pure, alive beauty.

  • Adyashanti teaches that we are all beautiful by engaging with dis pure, alive beauty.

    (as you know of course)

  • Dear Adashanti you i trying to create self by what you are saying What are Words

  • it matters not to me what he is actually saying for to me all I hear is "I love you..." and this is not the love that has been corrupted countless times in our world. This is spiritual love of the highest form.

  • Appreciation of What Is.What more can be said?

  • "The beauty of Self is that it's not a matter of acquiring anything, being held in high regard, or being seen or noticed. It's a matter of being the intrinsic beauty of what you are, that inner blessedness. To experience that deeply, just let it sink in, not as an answer but as a question: Could it be that this blessedness is what I am?"--Adyashanti
